O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar a participação e a configuração da subjetividade no Programa de Educação Ambiental do PROCAV II - Programa de Canalização de Córregos, Implantação de Vias, Recuperação Ambiental e Social de Fundos de Vale. O Programa foi gerenciado pela Secretaria do Verde e do Meio Ambiente da Prefeitura do Município de São Paulo e executado pelo Consórcio Cógito-Ecoar, no período de julho de 1996 a julho de 1997. Pelas características do problema proposto optou-se por um estudo qualitativo, efetuado por meio de coleta e análise de dados obtidos em entrevistas abertas, com roteiro, realizadas com participantes de um núcleo do Programa. Os resultados mostram que a participação no Programa desencadeou novas relações de amizade, novas formas de solidariedade e novas formas de identificação com o local de moradia. As pessoas foram fortalecidas no plano cotidiano, pois passaram a morar num lugar mais limpo, mais agradável, com endereço, mais saudável, bem como, no plano coletivo, com o reconhecimento da Associação dos Moradores como representação formal e necessária na constituição da identidade pública e da legitimidade social da Comunidade. A configuração de uma verdadeira "trama", entrelaçando permanentemente o movimento da subjetividade e as transformações na Comunidade, constituíram a fonte principal de impulsos emancipadores. A execução do Programa, de certa forma, realizou uma Terapêutica das Paixões, pois favoreceu transformações no cotidiano e no plano coletivo de algumas situações pelas quais as pessoas da Comunidade estavam submetidas e humilhadas.

The aim of this study was analyzed the participation and the configuration of the subjectivity on the Enviromnent Education Program of PROCAV 11- Programa de Canalização de Córregos, Implantação de Vias, Recuperação Ambiental e Social de Fundos de Vale. The program was managed by the Secretaria do Verde e do Meio-Ambiente of the City Hall of São Paulo and made by the Consórcio Cógito-Ecoar, during the period between July of 1996 and July of 1997. Observing the characteristic of the problem, it was decided for a qualitative study, made by the way of collect and analyzes the results got in open interviews with the participants of the Program. The results showed that the participation in the Program caused new friendships, new forms of solidarity and new forms of identification with the habitation place. People got stronger on the daily plan cause they started to live in cleaner place, more pleasant with address and healthier. In the collective plan they began to recognize the association of residents like formal and necessary representation on the composition of the public identity and the community social legitimacy. The configuration of true situation, interlacing forever the movement of the subjectivity and transformation in the Community made the principal source of the emancipation impulses. The execution of the program realized a passion therapeutic because collaborate with the transformation of some situations that community people was humiliated and submitted daily and in the collective plan.
