This work studies the reorganization of Secretaria de Saúde do Estado da Paraíba, done in 1971 and the creation of Fundação de Saúde do Estado da Paraíba (FUSEP) which purpose is to carry out the Health Plan of the State. This work also studies the health diagnosis and the organization of the plan to be carried out in the period of 1971/1974. It studies the Regionalization process and the sucess of the plan after a year of FUSEP implantation.
