O CRAS é a unidade pública estatal que atua como porta de entrada para os serviços socioassistenciais devido seu caráter territorial, preventivo e proativo para atendimento das vulnerabilidades sociais. A inserção do(a) psicólogo(a) como profissional da equipe de referência é assegurada pela resolução nº17 do CNAS, publicada em 20 de junho de 2011, mas não se deu sem seus desafios. Apostamos na Investigação Apreciativa (IA) para a produção de conhecimento teórico-metodológico para atuação dos(as) psicólogos(as) no CRAS em valorização daquilo que funciona nesse contexto em contraponto a vasta literatura sobre as dificuldades encontradas. Para tanto, nosso objetivo foi o de investigar os sentidos produzidos com psicólogos(as) que atuam no CRAS sobre o que tem sido considerado positivo nessa atuação, compreendendo a descrição dos elementos organizacionais, estruturais e dos cenários relacionais que permitem que essas experiências positivas estejam ocorrendo; além de compreender como os(as) participantes desta pesquisa enfrentam seu cotidiano de trabalho e quais os recursos utilizados, colaborando para a construção de uma prática considerada "ideal". Foram entrevistados(as) sete psicólogos(as) do interior do estado de São Paulo, convidados(as) a participar desta pesquisa pela rede de contatos da pesquisadora e pelo método bola de neve. Os(as) participantes foram entrevistados(as) presencialmente e via skype e as entrevistas foram audiogravadas e posteriormente transcritas. O Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido foi assinado nas entrevistas presenciais. Nas entrevistas via skype, os termos foram lidos juntamente com os(as) participantes e a anuência se deu verbalmente, em acordo com a Resolução nº 510/ 2016 do CNS. As entrevistas foram transcritas na íntegra e literalmente e foi realizada uma análise de conteúdo temática. Os temas foram discutidos a partir da literatura da área; da perspectiva construcionista social e da IA. A pesquisa permitiu identificar histórias de sucesso, superação de obstáculos e momentos de competência de trabalhadores do CRAS e o que possibilita que essas vivências aconteçam, além de permitir que os(as) profissionais pudessem identificar o que seria necessário para uma prática mais próxima do que seria considerada como "ideal" tanto em termos estruturais quanto como em formação profissional. Por fim, entendemos que a IA foi uma ferramenta que permitiu que conteúdos que respondem ao objetivo fossem produzidos.

CRAS is the state public unit that acts as a gateway to socio-assistance services due to its territorial, preventive and proactive character to address social vulnerabilities. The insertion of the psychologist as a professional of the reference team is ensured by CNAS Resolution No. 17, published on June 20, 2011, but it was not without its challenges. We bet on Appreciative Inquiry for the production of theoretical and methodological knowledge for the performance of psychologists at CRAS in valuing what works in this context in contrast to the vast literature on the difficulties encountered. Our objective was to investigate the meanings produced by psychologists who work at CRAS on what has been considered positive in this work, including the description of the organizational, structural elements and relational scenarios that allow these positive experiences to be occurring; in addition to understanding how the participants of this research face their daily work and what resources are used, collaborating to build a practice considered "ideal". Seven psychologists from the interior of the state of São Paulo were interviewed, invited to participate in this research through the researcher's network and the snowball method. The participants were interviewed personally and via skype and the interviews were audio recorded and later transcribed. The Free and Informed Consent Form was signed in the face-to-face interviews. In skype interviews, the terms were read together with the participants and the consent was given verbally, in accordance with of Resolution nº 510/ 2016 of the National Health Council. The interviews were transcribed in full and literally and then, an analysis of thematic content was carried out. The themes were discussed from the literature of the area, from the social constructionist perspective and from Appreciative Inquiry. The research allowed the identification of success stories, overcoming obstacles and moments of competence of CRAS workers and what allows these experiences to happen, in addition to allowing professionals to identify what would be necessary for a practice closer than it would be considered "ideal" - both in structural terms and in professional training. Finally, we understand that AI was a tool that allowed content that responded to the objective to be produced.
