Este trabalho apresenta resultados de pesquisa que buscou identificar em documentos governamentais de planejamento administrativo no Estado de Minas Gerais, , ações na função educação com padrões gerenciais de gestão ,programas e projetos envolvendo atores privados. Foram consultados planos plurianuais e documentos adjacentes (Plano Mineiro de Desenvolvimento Integrado) para o período compreendido entre os anos de 2004 e 2005. Para tanto, se utilizou técnica de pesquisa documental, que usa como fonte os planos plurianuais (e as suas revisões) e o Plano Mineiro de Desenvolvimento Integrado, que compõe o ciclo orçamentário mineiro. O trabalho é vinculado à pesquisa interinstitucional intitulada Currículo, Gestão e Oferta de Educação Básica Brasileira: incidência de atores privados nos sistemas estaduais (2005-2015) (GARCIA; ADRIÃO, 2018) e foi produzido no escopo de pesquisas do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Políticas Educacionais GREPPE. Foram encontrados e os programas educativos no período e destes programas quais eram vinculados a parcerias, também foram levantados os valores orçados para cada ação educativa do governo, ligada à educação básica; foram analisadas também as ações e proposições que tiveram mais cunho gerencial. No orçamento não foram encontrados programas ou ações que recebem ou transferem dinheiro para outras entidades ou programas que tem oferta, gestão ou atividade fim que seja elucidada como de responsabilidade de outro

This paper presents research results that sought to identify in governmental documents of administrative planning in the State of Minas Gerais, actions in the education function with managerial management standards, programs and projects involving private actors. For that, a documentary research technique was used, which uses as a source the pluriannual plans (and their revisions) and the Minas Gerais Integrated Development Plan, which composes the mining budget cycle. The work is linked to the interinstitutional research entitled Curriculum, Management and Supply of Basic Education in Brazil: incidence of private actors in the state systems (2005-2015) (GARCIA, ADRIÃO, 2018) and was produced in the scope of research by the Research and Study Group in Educational Policies - GREPPE. The educational programs in the period and of these programs, which were linked to partnerships, were also found, and the budgeted amounts for each educational action of the government, linked to basic education, were found. From the programs found, the actions and propositions that had the most management were analyzed. In the budget were not found programs or actions that receive or transfer money to other entities or programs that have offer, management or activity that is elucidated as the responsibility of another
