A presente dissertação teve como objetivo principal desenvolver reflexões sobre o ofício do professor e a possibilidade da educação como prática de resistência. Para tanto, foram analisadas as ideias expressas na obra O Abecedário de Gilles Deleuze tendo as reflexões do autor contidas no verbete P - de Professor como eixo de análise, em torno do qual foram pensadas bases teóricas e ações pedagógicas que constituem possibilidades transformadoras para o professor e para os alunos. A análise do professor foi entrelaçada a outros verbetes para abordar os devires que compõem sua formação, os elementos conceituais que caracterizam seu ofício, a desterritorialização na relação com o aluno e o plano de imanência como uma ferramenta essencial na composição das aulas como resistência. As memórias didáticas e pedagógicas de uma sequência de aulas inspiradas na filosofia de Deleuze são a base da narrativa sobre a possibilidade de experimentar a relação entre teoria e prática para transformar a ação docente por meio do estabelecimento de encontros conceituais e aprendizagens.

The aim of this dissertation was to develop thoughts about teaching and education as a practice of resistance. To this purpose, the ideas expressed in L'Abécédaire de Gilles Deleuze were analyzed considering the author's views, specifically the vocabulary entry P (Professor) as the axis of analysis. From this, the theoretical basis and pedagogical actions that engender transformational possibilities to teachers and pupils were developed. The professor's analysis has been interwoven with other entries to explain the becoming in its formation, the conceptual elements that characterize the profession, the deterritorialization towards the students, and the plan of immanence as an essential tool in the composition of classes as resistance. The didactic and pedagogical memoires of a sequence of courses inspired by Deleuze's philosophy were the basis of the narrative about the possibility of experiencing the relation between theory and practice, seeking to transform the teaching act through the establishment of conceptual meetings and learnings.
