A sociedade contemporânea se depara com o período de construção, liquidez e mudança de valores, vale ressaltar os dizeres de Baumann, Foucault, Maffesoli e Michael Peters nos deixaram uma análise da sociedade pós-moderna a qual nos sugere que as novas narrativas e linguagens atendam ao homem contemporâneo. No Brasil, após a década de 1990, se iniciou o evento da privatização com caráter de transformação o espaço dos saberes local de padronização capitalista de alunos. A Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) é aprovada pelo Conselho Nacional de Educação (CNE) em 2017, com dizeres que baliza os currículos pedagógicos de todas as etapas de educação do país, sendo este o local de observância de presença massiva de atores privados na tomada de decisão da reconfiguração dos currículos, aqui iremos enfatizar o Ensino Médio (EM). A proposta do estudo é analisar a atuação da Fundação Lemann (FL) na elaboração e discussão da BNCC para o EM, através da análise das audiências públicas promovidas pela CNE dos vídeos das três audiências realizadas sendo elas das Regiões: Sul, Nordeste e Centro-Oeste, considerando que as demais não foram realizadas por motivos de manifestação. Será realizada revisão da literatura para compreender melhor os conceitos básicos da contextualização das reformas no EM no Brasil com conseguintes normativas e FL, em um segundo momento, a pesquisa qualitativa dos vídeos das audiências da CNE se deu pelo método proposto por Bardin (2011). Indaga-se que normativas futuras da BNCC contemplem todos os atores envolvidos diretamente com a educação básica do EM e tenham acesso às audiências através de comunicação efetiva e antecipada de quando estas ocorrem, estando estes atores em quantidade suficiente para que se possa balizar as principais necessidades da construção do currículo.

Contemporary society is faced with the period of construction, liquidity and change of values, it is worth mentioning the sayings of Baumann, Foucault, Maffesoli and Michael Peters left us an analysis of postmodern society which suggests that new narratives and languages meet to contemporary man. In Brazil, after the 1990s, the privatization event began with the character of transforming the local knowledge space of capitalist standardization of students. The National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) is approved by the National Council of Education (CNE) in 2017, with words that guide the pedagogical curricula of all stages of education in the country, this being the place where the massive presence of private actors in the decision-making on the reconfiguration of curricula, here we will emphasize Secondary Education (EM). The purpose of the study is to analyze the performance of the Lemann Foundation (FL) in the elaboration and discussion of the BNCC for the EM, through the analysis of the public hearings promoted by the CNE of the videos of the three hearings carried out, being them of the Regions: South, Northeast and Center- West, considering that the others were not carried out for demonstration reasons. A literature review will be carried out to better understand the basic concepts of the contextualization of the reforms in the EM in Brazil with normative and FL consequences, in a second moment, the qualitative research of the videos of the CNE audiences was given by the method proposed by Bardin (2011). It is asked that future regulations of the BNCC contemplate all the actors directly involved with the basic education of the EM and have access to the audiences through effective and early communication of when they occur, these actors being in sufficient quantity so that the main needs can be defined of curriculum construction.
