O foco da presente investigação reside na atuação de professores que ocupam o cargo de Coordenadores Pedagógicos na rede municipal de ensino de Ribeirão Preto - SP, após a conclusão do processo seletivo, via concurso público, realizado no ano de 2015. Os Coordenadores Pedagógicos são docentes que exercem atividades profissionais de docência em cargo de gestão, e, por isso, atuam pautados em saberes da docência, adquiridos ao longo das suas próprias histórias de vida pessoal e profissional. Os saberes docentes mobilizados e revelados no desenvolvimento das práticas profissionais dos Coordenadores Pedagógicos da referida rede de ensino configuram-se como objeto central da investigação. Esta buscou desvelar, por meio da abordagem qualitativa, quais são os saberes docentes desses profissionais para discuti-los à luz do referencial teórico-metodológico da área educacional. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com participantes atuantes nos anos iniciais e finais do Ensino Fundamental de unidades escolares municipais. Estas apresentam contextos educacionais diversos no que tange à quantidade de alunos, professores e demais aspectos. A pesquisa revela o perfil pedagógico de cinco Coordenadores Pedagógicos, seus percursos acadêmicos e profissionais, bem como apresenta, os saberes mobilizados e legitimados, sob a ótica dos participantes, os quais revelam que ser articulador, facilitador e formador de professores, são saberes docentes dos Coordenadores Pedagógicos sobre seu papel. Os resultados apontam para a importância de se investir no diálogo entre os pares, no estabelecimento de parcerias e revelam os entraves relacionados aos papéis dos Coordenadores Pedagógicos como formadores de professores. Além destes aspectos, a pesquisa possibilitou uma reflexão mais aprofundada a respeito do que sabem os coordenadores sobre os próprios processos formativos, pessoais e institucionais, e, também, sobre a legitimação dos papéis exercidos por esses profissionais a partir da validação de saberes construídos no exercício profissional.

The focus of this investigation lies in the performance of teachers who occupy the position of Pedagogical Coordinators in the municipal school system of Ribeirão Preto - SP, after the completion of the selection process, via public competition, held in 2015. The Pedagogical Coordinators are teachers who perform professional teaching activities in a management position, and, therefore, act based on teaching knowledge, acquired throughout their own personal and professional life histories. The teaching knowledge mobilized and revealed in the development of the professional practices of the Pedagogical Coordinators of this teaching network are configured as a central object of the investigation. This sought to unsee, through the qualitative approach, what are the teaching knowledge of these professionals to discuss them in the light of the theoretical-methodological framework of the educational area. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with participants working in the initial and final years of elementary school in municipal school units. These present diverse educational contexts regarding the number of students, teachers and other aspects. The research reveals the pedagogical profile of five Pedagogical Coordinators, their academic and professional paths, as well as presents, the knowledge mobilized and legitimized, from the perspective of the participants, which reveal that being articulator, facilitator and teacher trainer, are teaching knowledge of pedagogical coordinators about their role. The results point to the importance of investing in peer dialogue, in the establishment of partnerships and reveal the obstacles related to the roles of pedagogical coordinators as teacher trainers. In addition to these aspects, the research allowed a more in-depth reflection on what the coordinators know about their own formative processes, personal and institutional, and also on the legitimation of the roles played by these professionals based on the validation of knowledge constructed in the professional practice.
