O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a perda de torque dos parafusos de barras metálicas tipo protocolo de Branemark obtidos pela técnica de enceramento convencional em monobloco e soldagem TIG, sujeitas as cargas em diferentes extensões de cantilever. Para isso, foram feitos 30 modelos, onde foram confeccionadas 15 barras em monobloco (5 com cantilever de 10mm, 5 com cantilever de 15mm e 5 com cantilever de 20mm) e 15 barras com secção e soldagem TIG entre os parafusos 02 e 03 (5 com cantilever de 10mm, 5 com cantilever de 15mm e 5 com cantilever de 20mm). Após a fundição e soldagem das barras, os parafusos foram numerados de 1 a 4 e realizou o torque de apertamento inicial de 10N.cm seguindo a ordem (P2, P4, P3, P1). Após 10 minutos, foi feita a checagem e o retorque a 10N.cm, novamente na mesma ordem. As barras foram levadas para máquina de simulação de mastigação, onde foram submetidas à carga vertical cíclica de 120N nos diferentes comprimentos de cantilever, foram realizados 250 mil ciclos com frequência de 2Hz. Com a conclusão da simulação, foi feita a análise da perda de torque dos parafusos da barra, obedecendo mesma ordem para desparafusar. Foi realizado o teste de Brunner Langer no programa R e pós teste de Friedman corrigido por Benjamini-Hochberg (fdr) (p= 5%). A análise dos resultados demonstrou que não foi encontrada diferença estatisticamente significante entre os diferentes tamanhos de cantilever ou entre os tipos de barra, em monobloco ou soldadas. Já entre os parafusos, houve diferença significante tanto para solda TIG quanto para fundição em monobloco, onde o P1 teve maior valor de perda de torque quando comparado a P2, P3 e P4. Conclui-se, então, que todos os parafusos apresentaram perda de torque após a ciclagem termomecânica, o parafuso 1 apresentou maior perda de torque em relação aos demais em todos os tipos de barras e extensão de cantilever. A extensão do cantilever ou tipo de barra utilizada não teve influência na perda de torque.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the loosening torque of metal structure Branemark protocol-type screws obtained by conventional monoblock and TIG welding to load in different extensions of cantilever. For this, 30 metal bars were made from a master model, simulating a prosthesis with 4 implants, which 15 of these bars were made by conventional monoblock (5 with 10mm cantilever, 5 with 15mm cantilever and 5 with 20mm cantilever) and 15 by TIG welding technique (5 with 10mm cantilever, 5 with 15mm cantilever and 5 with 20mm cantilever). After casting and welding the bars the screws were numbered (1-4) and started the initial torque of 10N.cm by the order P2, P4, P3 and P1. After 10 minutes was made a retorque of 10N.cm in the same order. The bars were taken to the chewing simulator machine and submitted to a cyclic vertical load of 120N in each cantilever in 250.000 cicles in a 2Hz frequence. Concluded the simulation, the loosening torque of the screws were analyzed in the same order. Brunner Langer test was performed in program R and after Friedman test corrected by Benjamini-Hochberg (fdr) (p = 5%). The results showed that no statistically significant difference was found between the different cantilever size or between the bars (monoblock or TIG welded). However the screws had a significant difference for both TIG welded and monoblock casting, with P1 had a higher value of loosening torque compared to P2, P3 and P4. All screws showed torque loss after thermomechanical cycling, screw 1 showed greater torque loss compared to the others in all types of bars and cantilever extension. The length of the cantilever or the type of bar used had no influence on the torque loss.
