Durante a rotina de atendimento dos vendedores da Ambev aos pontos de vendas dos seus clientes, existem diversas atividades a serem executadas. Dentro de cada visita, o representante de negócio tem o papel de ouvir e resolver as dores de cada cliente, além disso tem a missão de oferecer novos produtos, serviços e também auxiliar o cliente a vender mais. Com uma grande quantidade de possibilidades de ações a serem executadas e pouco tempo disponível, surgiu a necessidade de personalizar cada uma das visitas realizadas aos milhares de clientes da empresa. Para isso, foi criada uma lista de possíveis tarefas a serem executadas dentro de um ponto de venda. Cada uma dessas tarefas tem um público específico de clientes. Após a definição das possíveis tarefas e de seus respectivos públicos surge um problema relevante de priorização, pois o tempo disponível para visitar todos os clientes ainda é pequeno em relação a quantidade de coisas a serem feitas. Por essa razão, neste trabalho, desenvolvemos um sistema de recomendação que visa priorizar as ações realizadas pelos vendedores durante as visitas aos clientes da Ambev.

During the routine of Ambevs salespeople at their customers points of sale, there are several activities to be performed. Within each visit, the business representative has the role of listening to and solving the pain of each customer, in addition to offering new products, services and also helping the customer to sell more. With a large number of possibilities for actions to be performed and little time available, the need to customize each of the visits made to the companys thousands of customers arose. For this, a list of possible tasks to be performed within a point of sale was created. Each of these tasks has a specific audience of customers. After defining the possible tasks and their respective audiences, a relevant prioritization problem arises, as the time available to visit all customers is still small in relation to the amount of things to be done. For this reason, in this work, we developed a recommendation system that aims to prioritize the actions taken by salespeople during visits to Ambev customers.
