Abstract in English
In Brazil in 2015 there were 1,193,090 small retail companies (source: IBGE - Annual Survey of Commerce), supermarkets are retail companies and when they are small they usually suffer from an empirical, family and non-profit management. professional. These are factors that contribute to the low quality results preesent in most of those establishments. (Badin page 79). In the last decades, the massification of access to computers, the dissemination of the Internet and, lastly, the compulsory issuance of electronic invoices, have made mandatory the digitization of all small supermarkets and consequent adoption of ERPs adequate to the needs of the business. The existence of this IT infrastructure makes it possible to use mathematical and computational methods that can help the owner achieve better financial and / or operational results. Thus the objective of this project is to identify the tools that can be employed in the computational infrastructure of a small supermarket and the elaboration of a script of processes that are understandable to the manager and that presents itself as a tool of improvement of operational and financial results to the small retail supermarket.
