This work consists essentially of two parts: In the first part we study the asymptotic behavior of the solutions of perturbed systems of retarded functional differential equations, comparing them to solutions of unperturbed systems of retarded functional differential equations, through the Formula Integral of Alekseev-Shanholt. In the second part, we dotain the necessary conditions for the asymptotically self-invariant sets to be uniformly stable in variation and uniformly asymptotically stable in variation and these results are employed to study the effect of certain perturbations on asymptotically self-invariant sets.
