O objetivo deste trabalho é descrever a estrutura dos anéis de Cohomologia e Homologia dos grupos clássicos U_n e Sp_n com coeficientes num domínio de ideais principais. Os preliminares são bastante desenvolvi dos nos capítulos 1 e 2 para um fácil entendimento dos teoremas finais contidos no capítulo 3.

The purpose of this work is to describe the ring structure of the Cohomology and Homology of the classical groups U_n and Sp_n with coeficients in an principal ideal domain. The preliminaries are well developed in chapters 1 and 2 for an easier understanding of the final theorems which are in chapter 3.
