Profissionais e pesquisadores de diversas áreas atuam junto a seu público-alvo por meio de intervenções que visam monitorar ou influenciar os indivíduos por eles acompanhados. Uma intervenção realizada remotamente, por exemplo via chamada telefônica ou via aplicação de smartphone, pode enviar ou coletar informações e os resultados correspondentes precisam ser analisados por aqueles responsáveis pela intervenção. Entre as soluções reportadas na literatura com o objetivo de auxiliar especialistas a realizarem intervenções, algumas têm por foco dar acesso às respostas obtidas enquanto outras em apresentar quando ou onde as intervenções foram acessadas pelos usuários-alvo. Assim, no contexto dessas soluções identifica-se uma lacuna entre o apoio oferecido à programação e à realização de intervenções e o apoio oferecido à visualização dos resultados correspondentes. Este trabalho, a partir de requisitos elencados com especialistas, contribui com a identificação e a implementação de um conjunto de recursos de visualização que permitem a especialistas acompanharem e analisarem a realização de intervenções por seus usuários-alvo. A pesquisa foi realizada com a contribuição de especialistas das áreas de saúde e de educação que fazem uso do método Experience Sampling Programmed Intervention Method (ESPIM) para a programação de intervenções, uma vez que esse método oferece a especialistas um conjunto extenso de recursos para a programação de intervenções administradas remotamente. As implementações e a avaliação qualitativa reportadas foram realizadas no escopo da plataforma de software que dá apoio ao método ESPIM.

Professionals and researchers from different areas work with their target audience via interventions that aim influence them. When performed remotely, for example via phone call or smartphone application, an intervention can, among others, send information or collect information and the corresponding results need to be analyzed. Some of the solutions reported in the literature that help professionals to collect data allow viewing the answers provided while others focus on presenting when the interventions were accessed by the target users. Thus, in the context of software solutions, there is a gap between the potential support for carrying out interventions and the potential support for viewing the corresponding results. Based on requirements gathered with specialists, this work contributes to the identification and the implementation of a set of visualization resources that allow specialists to monitor the performance of interventions by the target users. The research was carried out with the contribution of health and education specialists who use the Experience Sampling Programmed Intervention Method (ESPIM) method for programming intervention given that this method offers an extensive set of resources for designing interventions. The implementation and evaluation were carried out within the scope of the software platform that supports the ESPIM method.
