Abstract in English
This work presents a wide-line Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometer, operating at fixed frequency of 21MHz. This instrument was build at the Instituto de Física e Química de são Carlos, USP. Results with the oil content of corn-seed is presented. We present also a discussion of a methodology suitable for a program of breeding corn for increased or reduced oil content. The study of the decrease of signal amplitude as a function of time for some polymers is also presented
