Abstract in English
Utilizing a "Fabry-Perto Interferometer" a new interferometric method has been developed, capable of detecting lenght variations with a precision of a few Angstrons. Determinations mande by this method of the inverse piezoelectric effect , show the following results in 10-12m/V: for bone d12 = 0,05; d13 = 0,07; d14 = 0,23, collagen (decalcified bone) d13 = 0,15; d14 = 0,98 and for native collagen (Achilles tendon) d13 = 0,17 ; d14 = 1,75.
