A presente pesquisa teve como enfoque a medida socioeducativa de Prestação de Serviços à Comunidade (PSC), com ênfase no modelo de execução desenvolvido pelo Centro de Orientação ao Adolescente de Campinas (COMEC). Seu objetivo geral foi sistematizar a estratégia metodológica da PSC COLETIVA, em seus aspectos históricos, seus processos, referências teóricas e experiências de implementação, com ênfase em seu caráter coletivo e territorial. Para tanto, utilizou-se de pesquisa documental, entrevistas e grupo focal, sendo o último para conhecer a perspectiva de profissionais que executaram esta proposta metodológica. O estudo evidenciou duas fases da metodologia: de 2007 a 2013, com oferta de atividades grupais pré-estabelecidas, realizadas por meio de parcerias fixas; e de 2014 a 2019, através da construção de ações coletivas, participativas e territoriais. Os resultados deste estudo mostraram a importância de denominar a estratégia metodológica desta segunda fase como PSC COLETIVA E TERRITORIAL, pois sua proposta favorece a construção coletiva, participativa e territorial da PSC, trazendo novos sentidos para os processos de engajamento, responsabilização e transformação vividos pelos adolescentes no cumprimento da medida. Os principais resultados apontaram como eixos centrais dessa metodologia: a atividade como principal recurso de mediação, o trabalho grupal, a ação territorial e o acompanhamento familiar. Identificou-se que a PSC COLETIVA E TERRITORIAL, como estratégia metodológica para a medida socioeducativa de PSC, se sustenta por meio da socioeducação, com um efetivo trabalho - educativo e pedagógico, crítico e participativo, na perspectiva da garantia de direitos para os adolescentes autores de atos infracionais. Ainda, esta metodologia utiliza a abordagem grupal e a ação territorial como potências para a participação e inclusão social do adolescente, favorecendo seu engajamento em todo o processo de planejamento e realização das atividades. Destaca-se o território que se configura como elemento significativo e ganha concretude nos espaços da vida cotidiana, podendo ser um eixo articulador das atividades desenvolvidas com os serviços da comunidade. Portanto, constatou-se que esta proposta metodológica pode ser considerada uma tecnologia social desenvolvida pelo COMEC. Este trabalho pode contribuir para o campo das medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto no Brasil, afirmar a prevalência da socioeducação em liberdade para os adolescentes autores de ato infracional e fortalecer o trabalho da terapia ocupacional no Sistema Único de Assistência Social

This research focused on the socio-educational measure of Provision of Services to the Community (PSC), with emphasis on the execution model developed by the Center for Orientation to the Adolescent of Campinas (COMEC). Its general objective was to systematize the methodological strategy of PSC COLECTIVE, in its historical aspects, its processes, theoretical references and implementation experiences, with emphasis on its collective and territorial character. For this purpose, documentary research, interviews and a focus group, being the latter to know the perspective of professionals who carried out this methodological proposal. The study evidenced two phases of the methodology: from 2007 to 2013, with the provision of pre-established group activities, carried out through fixed partnerships; and from 2014 to 2019, through the construction of collective, participatory and territorial actions. The results of this study showed the importance of calling the second phase of this methodological strategy PSC COLLECTIVE AND TERRITORIAL, as its proposal favors the collective, participatory and territorial construction of the PSC, bringing new meaning to the processes of engagement, accountability and transformation experienced by adolescents complying with the socio-educational measure. The main results pointed out as central axes of this methodology: activity as the main mediation resource, group work, territorial action and family monitoring. It was identified that the PSC COLLECTIVE AND TERRITORIAL, as a methodological strategy for the socio-educational measure of PSC, is sustained through socio-education, with an effective work - educational and pedagogical, critical and participatory, in the perspective of guaranteeing rights for the adolescent authors of infractions. Also, this methodology uses the group approach and territorial action as powers for the participation and social inclusion of adolescents, favoring their engagement throughout the process of planning and carrying out activities. The territory stands out as a significant element and gains concreteness in the spaces of daily life, being able to be an articulating axis of the activities developed with the services of the community. Therefore, it was found that this methodological proposal can be considered a social technology developed by COMEC. This work can contribute to the field of socio-educational measures in an open environment in Brazil, affirm the prevalence of socio-education in freedom for adolescents who commit infractions and strengthen the work of occupational therapy in Single Social Assistance System
