A Profilaxia Pré-Exposição ao HIV (PrEP) vem ganhando notoriedade na mitigação dos novos casos da infecção. Apesar disso, a incidência de HIV tem crescido entre jovens e adolescentes brasileiros de minorias sexuais e de gênero. Observa-se o aumento de trabalhos sobre a experiência de uso de PrEP entre adolescentes gays, bissexuais e outros homens que fazem sexo com homens (aGBHSH), mas são escassos os estudos qualitativos que articulam as percepções e experiências relacionadas ao continuum do cuidado de PrEP (CCPrEP) com os diferentes marcadores sociais, na perspectiva de aGBHSH e de profissionais de saúde (PS). Objetivo: analisar os impactos dos sistemas de opressão sociais (racismo, classismo, homo/bifobia, capacitismo) intersectados no continuum do cuidado de PrEP entre aGBHSH e como estes são identificados e manejados por PS visando o cuidado à saúde sexual e prevenção do HIV. Metodologia: Estudo de investigação qualitativa integrado a uma pesquisa de coorte com aGBHSH e mulheres transexuais e travestis (TrMT) em uso de PrEP (Estudo PrEP1519). Foram analisados dados produzidos no sítio da cidade de São Paulo, integrando 16 entrevistas com aGBHSH e 08 com PS. O referencial teórico metodológico se orientou pela categorização interativa de análise temática de conteúdo com enquadramento interseccional. Resultados: O conhecimento sobre PrEP dos aGBHSH são afetados pelos efeitos negativos dos sistemas de opressão, sobretudo entre adolescentes negros que adquirem conhecimento de forma menos técnica quando comparado aos brancos. A maioria dos profissionais enxergam as opressões e as suas consequências para o CCPrEP e confere protagonismo ao racismo, mas poucos articulam os diferentes marcadores sociais que potencializam barreiras para o sucesso do CCPrEP. Conclusão: As opressões sociais impactam o sucesso do CCPrEP de diferentes maneiras e os profissionais de saúde são centrais para mitigação e não propagação dessas experiências negativas dentro do serviço de saúde e no acesso, uso e adesão à PrEP

HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) has been gaining notoriety in mitigating new cases of infection. Despite this, the incidence of HIV has grown among Brazilian young people and adolescents from sexual and gender minorities. There is an increase in studies on the experience of using PrEP among gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (aGBMSM) adolescents. Still, few qualitative studies articulate the perceptions and experiences related to the continuum of PrEP care (CCPrEP) with the different social markers, from the perspective of aGBHSH and health professionals (HP). Objective: to analyze the impacts of social oppression systems (racism, classism, homo/biphobia, ableism) intersected in the continuum of PrEP care among aGBMSM and how these are identified and managed by HP aiming at sexual health care and HIV prevention. Methodology: Qualitative research study integrated with a cohort study with aGBMSM and transgender woman and transvestite (TWTr) using PrEP (PrEP Study1519). Data produced on the website of the city of São Paulo were analyzed, integrating 16 interviews with aGBMSM and 08 with HP. The methodological theoretical framework was guided by the interactive categorization of thematic content analysis with an intersectional framework. Results: AGBMSM knowledge about PrEP is affected by the adverse effects of systems of oppression, especially among black adolescents who acquire knowledge in a less technical way when compared to whites. Most professionals see oppression and its consequences for the CCPrEP and give prominence to racism, but few articulate the different social markers that potentiate barriers to the success of the CCPrEP. Conclusion: Social oppression impacts the success of CCPrEP in different ways and health professionals are the key to mitigating and not propagating these negative experiences within the health service and in access, use, and adherence to PrEP|
