Esta tese tem como objetivo discutir o papel da memória e do interdiscurso em documentos curriculares oficiais de língua portuguesa da Secretaria Municipal de Educação de São Paulo. Com base na Análise do Discurso de orientação francesa, nosso objeto de pesquisa é o discurso oficial, responsável por aproximar linguagem e educação. Para atingir esse objetivo, construímos um corpus a partir de materialidades linguísticas presentes em oito documentos impressos, que foram publicados e divulgados em tempos e espaços distintos por essa rede de ensino. De posse desse corpus, fomos orientados pela seguinte questão de pesquisa: quais estratégias linguístico-discursivas interseccionam memória e interdiscurso para a legitimação de discursos oficiais por meio de documentos curriculares de língua portuguesa no município de São Paulo? Analisamos noventa e três dados à luz das discussões de Pêcheux (2009, 2014 e 2015) e de outros estudiosos do discurso, tais como: Courtine (2014) e Paveau (2015). As análises permitem-nos afirmar que, recorrentemente, foram utilizadas as seguintes estratégias: repetição (em primeiro lugar), regulação, reprodução (cópia), citações (direta e indireta), prolongamento de uma formulação-origem, ruptura, redefinição, esquecimento, bricolagem, entrelaçamento de textos diversos (carta, manifesto e relatório), instauração de dêixis enunciativa coletiva e conjunto de adjetivos que ensejam caracterização de sujeitos e ações das diferentes gestões político-partidárias. Além disso, o discurso oficial convoca outros tipos para se prolongar por meio da memória discursiva, juntando forças com o discurso acadêmico, o jurídico-legal e o didático. Finalmente, observamos que o interdiscurso cumpre papel preponderante na perpetuação (ou não) das diversas memórias ou de processos de amemória, permitindo alternância do discurso oficial a partir de formações ideológicas e discursivas que se acentuam quando há mudanças nas gestões político-partidárias. Isso tudo promove um efeito de sentido de pêndulo ideológico que decide o que pode ou não ser prolongado por meio da memória. Assim, os esquecimentos e as lembranças de um discurso são atravessados por subjetividade memorial que constitui toda a condição de produção desses documentos.

This thesis aims to discuss the role of memory and interdiscourse in official Portuguese language curriculum documents of the São Paulo Municipal Education Secretariat. Based on the French Discourse Analysis, our research object is the official discourse, which is responsible for bringing language and education closer together. To achieve this goal, we built a corpus from linguistic materialities present in eight printed documents, which were published and disseminated in different times and spaces by this educational network. In possession of this corpus, we were guided by the following research question: which linguistic-discursive strategies intersect memory and interdiscourse for the legitimization of official discourses through curricular documents in Portuguese in the city of São Paulo? We analyzed ninety-three data based on Pêcheux (2009, 2014 and 2015) and other authors, such as: Courtine (2014) and Paveau (2015). The analyzes allow us to affirm that, recurrently, the following strategies were used: repetition (in the first place), regulation, reproduction (copying), quotations (direct and indirect), extension of an origin-formulation, rupture, redefinition, forgetting, bricolage, interweaving of different texts (letter, manifesto and report), establishment of collective enunciative deixis and a set of adjectives that give rise to characterization of subjects and actions of different political-party administrations. In addition, official discourse calls for other types to extend through discursive memory, joining forces with academic discourse, legal discourse and didactic discourse. Finally, we observe that the interdiscourse plays a preponderant role in the perpetuation (or not) of the various memories or unmemory processes, allowing an alternation of the official discourse based on ideological and discursive formations that are accentuated when there are changes in the political-party administrations, promoting a sense effect of an ideological pendulum that decides what can or cannot be prolonged through memory. Thus, the forgettings and memories of a discourse are crossed by memorial subjectivity that constitutes the entire condition of production of these documents.
