A presente dissertação apresenta uma perspectiva educacional que parte de um olhar complexo da realidade, buscando integrar conhecimentos e afetividade de forma ativa, bem como estimular o aluno a construir conceitos coletivamente. Inserida no campo da Educação Moral, a pesquisa utiliza os princípios teóricos do Bom Trabalho e integra conceitos de ética, engajamento e excelência ao currículo escolar. Defendemos uma visão pedagógica multifacetada, uma visão que considera o desenvolvimento ético, social, biológico, cognitivo, afetivo, estético e pessoal da criança. A fim de promover uma educação que sustente essa visão de criança, articulamos teorias do desenvolvimento neurológico infantil, o currículo da EI e seus direitos de aprendizagem com uma proposta de escola ativa e conectada com as mudanças de seu tempo. Por fim, elaboramos uma série de atividades que utilizaram o constructo do Bom Trabalho, os parâmetros curriculares da Educação Infantil e o desenvolvimento infantil para instigar o aprendizado de valores em uma sala de EI. Essas experiências foram realizadas com um grupo de 13 crianças de três e quatro anos, durante o segundo semestre de 2021.

This dissertation presents an educational perspective that takes into consideration a complex view of reality, seeking to actively integrate knowledge and affectivity and encourage students to construct concepts collectively. Inserted in the field of Moral Education, the research uses the theoretical principles of Good Work, and integrates concepts of Ethics, Excellence and Engagement into the school curriculum. We defend a multifaceted understanding of children, which considers their ethical, social, biological, cognitive, affective, aesthetic and personal development. In order to promote an education that supports this vision of children, we articulate theories of children's neurological development, the curriculum of Early Childhood Education and their learning rights with a proposal for an active school that is connected with the changes of its time. Finally, we developed a series of activities that used the construct of Good Work, the curricular parameters of Early Childhood Education and child development to encourage the learning of values in a kindergarten classroom. These experiments were carried out with a group of 13 children during the second half of 2021.
