A pesquisa investigou as contribuições sobre o conceito de ensino a partir da descoberta freudiana do inconsciente. A decorrente subversão da razão, a partir de um saber estranho à consciência e que, portanto, não se sabe, implica na impossibilidade de ensinálo. O estudo revelou como a educação pode ser moralizada e repressiva, contribuindo para o adoecimento neurótico e prescindindo de uma discussão sobre a articulação entre normas e particularidades individuais. A Psicanálise, portanto, denuncia a definição de um ensino de modo geral que se apoia em perspectivas pré-estabelecidas e acaba por suturar experiências particulares, permitindo elaborar uma noção tal cujos interlocutores implicam-se a partir de uma enunciação singular e não anônima. Avançando no debate científico, a partir da linguística estrutural, e posteriormente, lançando mão da lógica, da matemática e da topologia, o discurso analítico propõe uma distinção entre ensino e transmissão, a partir da função significante e da instância da letra, alcançando um doutrinal de ciência próprio que visa a transmissão integral da psicanálise, não sem o cuidado com o sujeito. Justifica-se este estudo para a Universidade e para a Educação, na busca pela atualização do tema, a partir do que a Psicanálise ensina, e como ensiná-lo, especialmente na Escola Brasileira de Psicanálise.

The research investigated the contributions on the concept of teaching from the Freudian discovery of the unconscious. The resulting subversion of reason, from a knowledge that is foreign to consciousness and that, therefore, is not known, implies the impossibility of teaching it. The study revealed how education can be moralized and repressive, contributing to neurotic illness and dispensing with a discussion about the articulation between norms and individual particularities. Psychoanalysis, therefore, denounces the definition of a teaching in general that is based on pre-established perspectives and ends up suturing particular experiences, allowing the elaboration of such a notion whose interlocutors are involved from a singular and nonanonymous enunciation. Advancing in the scientific debate, starting from structural linguistics, and later, making use of logic, mathematics and topology, the analytical discourse proposes a distinction between teaching and transmission, from the significant function and the instance of the letter, reaching a doctrinal of science itself that aims at the integral transmission of psychoanalysis, not without the care of the subject. This study is justified for the University and for Education, in the search for updating the theme, based on what Psychoanalysis teaches, and how to teach it, especially in Escola Brasileira de Psicanálise.
