O presente trabalho parte de uma análise da violência no contexto escolar da atualidade. A história mostra que o contexto escolar nem sempre foi amistoso. A relação professor-aluno, muitas vezes, se apresentou e ainda se apresenta, atravessada por um jogo de poder e violência. Ao buscar a superação do estado de violência e dominação que permeava as relações sociais neste ambiente, parece que a sociedade contemporânea saiu de um extremo a violência do professor para com o aluno e foi para o outro extremo a violência do aluno para com o professor. E é este segundo extremo que o presente trabalho pretende discutir. O objetivo deste trabalho é avaliar as diferentes maneiras como a violência contra o professor se manifesta no ambiente escolar a partir dos modos como este a percebe. A fim de entender os motivos que ocasionam esta violência foi realizada uma investigação sobre o egoísmo e o ódio tentando compreender como eles surgem e se manifestam na relação entre professor e aluno. No primeiro capítulo apresento duas perspectivas: a violência como um elemento intrínseco à natureza humana e a violência como resultado do meio social, isto é, como resultado das relações sociais; o segundo capítulo traz alguns elementos da psicanálise freudiana e lacaniana que abordam o tema considerando as duas perspectivas: individual e social; no terceiro capítulo, o conceito de violência é apresentado a partir de autores contemporâneos como: Elias, Arendt, Maffesoli, Chauí entre outros que abordam tanto a condição histórica como as características da sociedade permitindo alargar a compreensão desse conceito. Após essa discussão conceitual construída com base bibliográfica, no quarto capítulo, apresento dados sobre a violência contra professores colhidos junto a um grupo de professores da rede pública de uma escola de educação básica no município de Apucarana no estado do Paraná. Para colher os dados foram realizados encontros seguindo a estratégia de grupo focal, entrevistas dialogadas semiestruturadas com anotações em caderno de bordo e aplicação do questionário escrito. Esses dados, sobretudo o dos questionários são apresentados e discutidos a partir das teorias filosóficas, psicanalíticas e sociológicas expostas nos três primeiros capítulos e, (os dados) apresentam a fragilidade das relações sociais dentro e fora da escola e a insatisfação de muitos professores com a profissão. O estudo de caso desse grupo de professores permite entender a escola como um espaço social que reflete o contexto maior da sociedade incluindo suas mazelas. Concluímos que a mídia tem uma parcela de responsabilidade na depreciação da escola e do papel do professor, assim, como a escassez de políticas públicas favoráveis e de posturas proativa por parte dos governantes. Algumas alternativas como a articulação entre escola e família e o favorecimento do diálogo podem ser vistas como medidas favoráveis para combater a violência no espaço escolar.

The following work derives from an analysis of the violence in the current school context. History illustrates that this context was not always friendly. The relationship teacher-student, many times, has shown itself and still shows us, like crossed by a game of power and violence. In seeking to overcome the state of violence and domination that permeated the social relations in this ambience, it seems that contemporary society has gone from an extreme the violence of teacher towards the student and went to the other extreme the violence of student towards the teacher. And it is this second extreme that the present work intends to discuss. The objective of this work is to evaluate the different ways in which the violence against the teacher is manifested in the school sphere from the ways in which the teacher perceives it. In order to understand the reasons that cause this violence, was done an investigation into selfishness and hatred, trying to understand how they arise and manifest in the relationship between teacher and student. In this first chapter, I will present two perspectives: the violence like an intrinsic element to human nature and the violence as a result of social environment, or rather, as result of social relations; the second, brings some elements of Freudian and Lacanian psychoanalysis that approach the theme considering two visions: individual and social; in the third chapter, the concept of violence is presented starting from contemporary authors like: Elias, Arendt, Maffesoli, Chauí, who approach both the historical condition and the characteristics of society, allowing to broaden the understanding of this concept. After this conceptual discussion built on a bibliographical basis, in the fourth chapter, I present data collected on violence against teachers, collected from a group of teachers of the public basic education network in the municipality of Apucarana in the state of Paraná. To obtain the data, meetings were conducted following the focus group strategy, semi-structured dialogued interviews with notes in the logbook and application of the written questionnaire. These data, especially the questionnaire are presented and discussed from the philosophical, psychoanalytic and sociological theories presented in the first three chapters and, (the data) present the fragility of social relations inside and outside the school and the dissatisfaction of many teacher with the profession.The case study of this group of teachers allows us to understand the school as a social space that reflects the larger context of society, including its ills. We conclude that the media has a portion of responsibility in the depreciation of the school and the teachers role, as well as the scarcity of favorable public policies and proactive stances on the part of the rulers. Some alternatives such as the articulation between school and family and the favor of dialogue can be seen as favorable measures to combat violence in the school space.
