O objetivo da pesquisa é compreender como ocorre o processo de construção identitária de trabalho em empreendedores sociais de quatro países latino-americanos: Argentina, Brasil, Chile e Colômbia. E especificamente, descrever a trajetória de carreira dos empreendedores sociais participantes do estudo, analisar os pontos de inflexão que possibilitaram a identidade como empreendedores sociais e comparar as diferenças e semelhanças entre construções identitárias dos empreendedores sociais dos diferentes países.Propõe-se neste projeto um estudo qualitativo e descritivo por meio da análise da história de vida. As narrativas dos empreendedores sociais mostraram pontos de inflexão relacionadas com a construção da sua trajetória de trabalho dentro do empreendedorismo social, caracterizada pela influência de fatores familiares, econômicos, pelas dinâmicas de trabalho e crescimento do empreendimento social liderado e pelo contato com redes de apoio nacionais e internacionais. A partir da análise das similitudes destes pontos de inflexão dos participantes, foi realizada uma categorização das diferentes construções identitárias de trabalho dos empreendedores sociais; A primeira, construções identitárias de trabalho de restauração, a segunda construções identitárias de trabalho de projeto de vida e a terceira construções identitárias de trabalho legitimadora

The research objective is to understand how it happens the process of identity construction works in social entrepreneurs from four Latin American countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Colombia. Specifically, the research aims to describe the career path of the social entrepreneurs participating in the study, to analyze the inflection points that allowed the identity as social entrepreneurs and to compare the differences and similarities among the identity constructions of the social entrepreneurs from these different countries. It is proposed a qualitative and descriptive study through the analysis of the life's history. The narratives of social entrepreneurs showed inflection points related with the construction of their career path within social entrepreneurship, characterized by the influence of family and economic factors, by the dynamics of work and growth of the led social enterprise and by contact with national and international organizational support networks. By analyzing the participant's inflection points similarities, a categorization of the different identity constructions of work of the social entrepreneurs was carried out; The first category, identity constructions of restoration work, the second identity constructions of life project work and the third identity constructions of legitimating work
