O presente estudo tem como objetivo propor uma reflexão sobre o acesso de pessoas trans à saúde pública, problematizando a necessidade do diagnóstico para o acesso aos serviços públicos de saúde. Busca-se a visão dos profissionais de psicologia sobre a despatologização. Para tanto, discute-se o surgimento da categoria de Gênero e a problemática que revela, na atualidade, seu potencial como analisador no processo de transformação social e sua instabilidade conceitual. A partir destas considerações, discute-se as identidades trans. Apresenta-se, historicamente, como essas identidades têm sido compreendidas na literatura de saúde; como a vulnerabilidade a elas associadas se expressa no adoecimento; e, como a psicologia tem operado nesse campo. Coloca-se em debate o Sistema Único de Saúde e os serviços que nele existem voltados para essa população. O referencial teórico no qual esta pesquisa se ancora é o da psicologia social de Pichon-Rivière e suas noções de grupo operativo e vínculo; e a análise do material leva em conta os quatro âmbitos envolvidos no trabalho de análise de uma situação clínico-institucional político-jurídico, sociocultural, teórico-conceitual e técnico-assistencial. O método decorrente do referencial teórico terá como procedimento entrevistas abertas, tal como explicita Bleger.

This study aims to propose a reflection on the access of transgender people to public health, questioning the need for diagnosis to access public health services. The view of psychology professionals on depathologization is sought. To this end, we discuss the emergence of the category of Gender and the problem that currently reveals its potential as an analyzer in the process of social transformation and its conceptual instability. Based on these considerations, trans identities are discussed. It presents, historically, how these identities have been understood in the health literature; how the vulnerability associated with them is expressed in the illness; and, how psychology has operated in this field. The Unified Healthcare System and the services it has for this population are up for debate. The theoretical framework on which this research is anchored is Pichon-Rivière's social psychology and his notions of operative group and bond; and the analysis of the material considers the four areas involved in the analysis of a clinical-institutional political-legal, sociocultural, theoretical-conceptual, and technical-assistance situation. The method resulting from the theoretical framework will have open interviews as a procedure, as explained by Bleger.
