A saúde é direito de todos e dever do Estado. É assim que a Constituição de 1988 protege a saúde, reconhecendo-a como um direito fundamental do ser humano. A partir desse reconhecimento para a proteção da saúde no Brasil, novos desafios são lançados, principalmente, no tocante à introdução de equipes multiprofissionais na assistência à população, em especial ao profissional psicólogo. Esta pesquisa busca refletir sobre a atuação profissional de psicólogos e seus desafios em unidades básicas de saúde/SUS geridas por Organizações Sociais de Saúde (OSS). Diante de dois espectros referenciais teórico-técnicos, ético-políticos representados de um lado pelas diretrizes do SUS e de outro pela iniciativa privada representada pelas OSS, discute-se os atravessamentos e desafios que se impõem à prática do psicólogo. O campo da Psicologia Social por sua vocação interdisciplinar apoiado pelas contribuições da psicanálise que pensa o sujeito como sujeito do grupo serão os norteadores deste caminho. Deste modo, a partir dos referenciais teórico-metodológicos propostos por René Kaës se articulam os conceitos das alianças inconscientes e da transmissão psíquica nos contextos das instituições SUS e OSS. O delineamento metodológico da pesquisa foi qualitativo com entrevistas abertas com psicólogos em quatro unidades básicas de saúde do município de São Paulo geridas por diferentes organizações sociais de saúde. Os resultados apontam para questões referentes à autonomia, à angústia diante da lógica gerencial de metas de produção; falta de integração dos psicólogos como parte da equipe de saúde da UBS à complexidade da visão/percepção dos profissionais enquanto trabalhadores do SUS sem a reflexão quanto às dimensões institucionais pertinentes às OSS.

Health is everyone's right and a duty of the State. This is how the 1988 Constitution protects health, recognizing it as a fundamental human right. From this recognition for the protection of health in Brazil, new challenges are launched, especially regarding the introduction of multiprofessional teams in the assistance to the population, especially to the professional psychologist. This research seeks to reflect on the professional performance of psychologists and their challenges in basic health units/SUS managed by Social Health Organizations (OSS). Facing two theoretical-technical, ethical-political referential spectrums represented on one side by the SUS guidelines and on the other by the private initiative represented by OSS, we discuss: which crossings and challenges are imposed to the psychologist's practice. The field of Social Psychology, due to its interdisciplinary vocation, supported by the contributions of psychoanalysis, which thinks of the subject as the subject of the group, will guide this path. Thus, based on the theoretical-methodological references proposed by René Kaës, the concepts of unconscious alliances and psychic transmission are articulated in the contexts of SUS and OSS institutions. The methodological design of the research was qualitative with open interviews with psychologists in four basic health units in the city of São Paulo managed by different social health organizations. The results point to issues regarding the lack of autonomy, the anguish in face of the managerial logic of production goals; the lack of integration of psychologists as part of the UBS health team to the complexity of the vision/perception of professionals seeing themselves as SUS workers without reflection on the institutional dimensions pertinent to OSS.
