The aim of this study was to investigate the hypothesis that Jacques Lacan's theory of four discourses may serve as a framework by which we understand that it is possible to order, give logical intelligibility and an ethical orientation to the construction and formalization of the clinical case as a research method in psychoanalysis. The investigation of discourses from the point of view of the healing direction led us to find a semantic obstacle to the use of its structure from the perspective of a set of four discourses. The habilitation of this structure for an operation of set, led us to consider a discursive turn that implies the passage of the work of analysis through the structure of the discourse of the knowledge, better known by one of its semantic variants, the university discourse. A discourse that until then was excluded from the healing field due to too long an attachment to its semantics to the detriment of the investigation of its syntax. The discovery of the problem created by this exclusion allows the reader to consider, when it comes to reading, creating, and writing a clinic, a passage of writing through the discourse of the knowledge sheds another light on the question of transference. An act of unconscious reality in the relationship with the analyst is conceived in the passage between discourses as the way in which a neurosis of origin is replaced by a neurosis of transference. According to our discursive formulas, a neurosis model that, by repeating a neurosis of origin in the relationship with the analyst, places the disease within the range of treatment. The study of discourse formalization qualified by Lacan also brought a new perspective to the development of research in psychoanalysis, now with the epistemic and methodological point of view. When it follows the step by step of Lacanian elaboration, it is evident that, besides a way of transmission of psychoanalysis, the formalization is also for the research method. However, what has not yet been highlighted, much less developed, is that this method is for Lacan a heuristic method. It is with this methodological orientation that we advance through a resumption of the Lacanian signifier from its algorithmic function. We propose a rereading of the construction of discourses as an algebraic and topological apparatus that allows us to situate the subject's path in the transference from a sequence of transformations. For this, we resorted to examining the alterations suggested by Lacan to the tetrahedron of the discourses and applied them to the mathematical model offered by Klein's Group. This allowed us to continue the project of formalizing a type of structure whose product of its operations results in a creative transformation. With purpose to evaluate the clinical functionality of this model in writing, we proposed to test it from the principles of the direction of healing through the construction and formalization of the Freudian clinical case the Rat Man
