O desenvolvimento da presente pesquisa partiu de experiências na clínica psicanalítica com pacientes envolvidos na problemática de receber um diagnóstico de alguma doença, que ultrapassa muito o ato de receber uma notícia e iniciar um tratamento. O nome-diagnóstico parece achar um lugar no psiquismo do sujeito, provocando articulações significantes com pontos de sua história de vida e fazendo o sujeito se debruçar em tentativas de compreensão do novo acontecimento. Embora o ato diagnóstico seja um pilar essencial para a clínica moderna, constatamos que o nome da doença tem uma significação para o médico e outra completamente distinta para o paciente. Considerando a relevância de que as reações do sujeito a esse momento inicial será determinante para o enigma do tratar ou não tratar uma doença, essa pesquisa tem o objetivo de investigar, a partir da teoria psicanalítica de orientação freud-lacaniana, as implicações subjetivas do momento de receber um diagnóstico médico, partindo da perspectiva de seus efeitos de ressonância ao longo do tempo. Propõe-se, então, um estudo teórico-clínico em psicanálise que focará tanto em dar subsídios e manter nosso interesse em promover um diálogo com o campo de saber da medicina, quanto em recuperar conceitos psicanalíticos para estabelecer conexões teóricas que sejam o sustentáculo das problemáticas da subjetividade frente o mal-estar, o sofrimento e o sintoma na clínica diante de um diagnóstico médico. Elaboramos e sustentamos teoricamente a proposta de uma divisão didática da experiência do recebimento de um diagnóstico médico em três tempos, uma tríade articulada, que representa a tese central dessa pesquisa. Interpretamos o ato de revelação do diagnóstico momento em que o médico oferece um significante novo ao paciente como um primeiro tempo do processo subjetivo; a identificação com o significante ofertado, como um segundo tempo; e a nomeação com o nome-diagnóstico circunstância de apropriação do nome como um terceiro tempo. Nossa intenção, levando em conta a vertente institucional do trabalho do psicanalista, é que esse modelo dos três tempos seja alternativo aos protocolos de anúncios de diagnóstico e se desenrole como auxílio para os profissionais de saúde que experienciam ouvir a singularidade de seus pacientes, a pensar o percurso da revelação a partir de um novo lugar. Além disso, dando importância também para a vertente clínica da ação do psicanalista, concluímos que nosso contato com a teoria borromeana do final de ensino de Lacan, teve o alcance de fornecer ricas contribuições para uma nova proposta de intervenção clínica com os sujeitos em questão, que inclui a dimensão da autorização intrínseca ao ato de nomeação, o que vai enodar o corpo, a linguagem e o gozo de maneira singular

The development of the present research came from experiences in the psychoanalytical clinic with patients involved in the problem of receiving a diagnosis of some disease, which goes far beyond receiving the news and starting a treatment. The diagnostic name seems to find a place in the subject's psyche, provoking significant articulations with points in his life history and making the subject look for attempts to understand the new event. Although the diagnostic act is an essential pillar for the modern clinic, we find that the name of the disease has a meaning for the doctor and another one completely different for the patient. Considering the relevance that the subject's reactions to this initial moment will be determinant for the puzzle of treating or not treating a disease, this research aims to investigate, from Freud-Lacan's psychoanalytic theory of orientation, the subjective implications of the moment of receiving a medical diagnosis, from the perspective of its resonance effects over time. Therefore, a theoreticalclinical study in psychoanalysis is proposed that will focus both on giving subsidies and sustaining our interest in promoting a dialogue with the medical knowledge field, as well as in recovering psychoanalytical concepts to establish theoretical connections that support the problems of subjectivity in the face of uneasiness, the suffering and the symptom in the clinic facing a medical diagnosis. We theoretically elaborate and support the proposal of a didactic division of the experience of receiving a medical diagnosis in three times, an articulated triad, which represents the central thesis of this research. We interpret the act of revealing the diagnosis - the moment when the doctor offers a new signifier to the patient - as a first time in the subjective process; identification with the signifier offered as a second time; and nomination with the diagnostic name - circumstance of appropriation of the name - as a third time. Our intention, considering the institutional aspect of the psychoanalyst's work, is for this three-times model to be an alternative to the protocols of diagnostic announcements and to support health professionals who experience hearing the singularity of their patients think, offering a new perspective to reflect the path of revelation. Moreover, also giving importance to the clinical aspect of the psychoanalyst's action, we conclude that our contact with Lacan's Borromean theory at the end of his teaching had the potential to provide rich contributions to a new proposal for clinical intervention with the subjects in question, which includes the dimension of authorization intrinsic to the act of nominate, which will knot body, language, and enjoyment in a unique way
