Este trabalho problematiza uma modalidade de atendimento específica, desenvolvida na Clínica-escola de uma universidade privada: a entrevista devolutiva em grupo, procedimento integrante do psicodiagnóstico interventivo. O objetivo primacial desta pesquisa foi conceituar, analisar e interpretar o alcance da entrevista devolutiva em grupo no contexto da Clínica-escola, com vistas a construir padrões de reflexividade e preencher lacunas no âmbito das teorias e técnicas sobre o atendimento à criança e seus pais referente ao diagnóstico psicológico. Especificamente, o trabalho construiu-se no sentido de depreender o modelo das entrevistas de devolutivas parciais e finais, a partir da análise do procedimento realizado sob dois planos: o interventivo e o formativo, tomando como bases teóricas a psicanálise winnicottiana em diálogo com referências centrais para o trabalho com grupos. Ademais, buscou-se modelizar a utilização de estratégias de mediação como veículo para a condução das entrevistas. O método empreendido foi o do estudo de caso, dado o caráter profícuo desse procedimento à descrição e à compreensão do problema de pesquisa construído. Concluiu-se que a entrevista devolutiva, realizada em grupo, é um dispositivo eficiente para o cumprimento dos objetivos do psicodiagnóstico como prática clínica e formativa. Como modalidade clínica é capaz de promover o desenvolvimento e a saúde psicológica de pais e filhos, por conformar um espaço de esperança e hospitalidade holding. Já, como atividade formativa, favorece a transformação do aluno de Psicologia em estagiário, colaborando para a construção de maior autonomia frente ao fazer clínico. This work investigates a specific type of assistance, developed by the Psychology school clinic of a private university in Sao Paulo, Brazil: the feedback group interview, an integral procedure of the interventional psychodiagnosis. The primary goal of this research was to conceptualize, analyze and interpret the scope of the feedback group interview in the context of the school clinic, aiming to build reflexivity patterns and fill gaps of theories and techniques on the care of children and their parents in the scope of psychological diagnosis. Specifically, the work was built to understand the model of mid and final feedback interviews, from the analysis of the procedure performed in two dimensions: the interventional and the formative, taking as theoretical bases the Winnicottian psychoanalysis in dialogue with central references for working with groups. Furthermore, we sought to model the use of mediation strategies as a vehicle for conducting the interviews. The method used was the case study, given the useful nature of this procedure for the description and understanding of the research problem constructed. It was concluded that the feedback interview, conducted in a group, is an efficient method for achieving the goals of psychodiagnosis as a clinical and training practice. As a clinical modality, it can promote the development and psychological health of parents and children, as it creates a holding. On the other hand, as a training activity, it favors the transformation of the Psychology student into an intern, collaborating for the construction of greater autonomy in the face of clinical practice.
