This Masters thesis is inscribed in the field of research-intervention and was carried out with adolescents in a CAPS Infantojuvenil of the city of São Paulo, in the course of Covid -19 pandemic. Adolescents dreams stories were heard as an intervention that highlights their singular movements. The goal is to retrieve interventions of this nature as a daily protocol in Mental Health care, since the knowledge localized in the subject often tends to be concealed as a result of bureaucratic and reductionist conceptions of psychic suffering. We intend not only to demonstrate the effects of this kind of bureaucratic actions and social traversing upon daily relationships and suffering demonstration, but also to point out possibilities of another functioning mode in conformity with the founding clinical and political proposal established in the CAPS Infantojuvenil. Three methodological strategies were used: a list of trigger questions during the meetings, selected clinical fragments and a clinical-political case construction for the presentation of the dreams stories. The research has proved the hypothesis that dream listening arises as a modality of sociopolitical suffering accommodation which was produced by the pandemic and by institutional and social relations. The proposed intervention had a dual function: it operated both as a depathologizing strategy of approach with adolescents and as a method that reveals, at one time, the subjective position of each participant and the articulation between the dreams and what comes from the collective weaving. The psychoanalytic listening made it possible to collect the depathologizing effects of these interventions, which were converted into inventive meetings of care production, complementary to those that were offered by the Institution during the crisis of the Covid-19
