Este trabalho tem por objetivo contribuir para a compreensão dos efeitos nas transferências e contratransferências internas à equipe de trabalho na clínica institucional das drogadições. As drogadições vêm se apresentando cada vez mais como um paradigma da experiência subjetiva da contemporaneidade, continuamente interrogando a psicanálise sobre seus referenciais teóricos e metodológicos, e paralelamente pressionando nossos sistemas de saúde a propor modelos institucionais que atendam à enorme demanda de pessoas que fazem uso problemático de drogas, necessitando de programas de tratamento. Apoiamo-nos aqui duplamente na psicanálise das adicções, e na psicanálise de grupos e instituições, colocando em diálogo os conceitos de adicção de transferência, intertransferência e homologia funcional, para lançar uma hipótese teórica que dê auxílio a este manejo clínico institucional. Metodologicamente o trabalho partiu da inquietação com experiências vivenciadas na atuação clínica frente a esta temática, e que são trazidas ao texto por meio de uma vinheta clínica. A partir dessa vinheta foram enumeradas questões que orientaram o percurso de pesquisa teórica que se apresenta no texto. Como um desdobramento da adicção de transferência, surge como proposta dessa articulação a hipótese da adicção de intertransferência, que busca caracterizar os efeitos destas comunicações transferenciais e contratransferenciais na equipe instituída, bem como apresentar elementos centrais deste manejo clínico institucional. A cisão na equipe clínica, aspecto de enorme desafio intersubjetivo, é apresentada como característica principal da relação intertransferencial, pensada aqui como necessidade transferencial do paciente drogadito, e a capacidade de suportar o ódio na intertransferência surge como a habilidade primordial da equipe nesta clínica

This work aims to contribute for the understanding of the effects on internal transference anda countertransference to the work team in the institutional clinic of drug addictions. Drug addictions are increasingly presenting themselves as a paradigm of the subjective experience of contemporaneity, continually questioning psychoanalysis about its theoretical and methodological references, and at the same time putting pressure on our health systems to propose institutional models that attend the enormous demand of people who make problematic use of drugs, requiring treatment programs. We rely here doubly on the psychoanalysis of addictions, and on the psychoanalysis of groups and institutions, putting in dialogue the concepts of addiction transference, intertransference and functional homology, to launch a theoretical hypothesis that will help this institutional clinical management. Methodologically, the work started from the concern with experiences lived in clinical practice regarding this theme, and which are brought to the text through a clinical vignette. From this vignette, questions were listed that guided the course of theoretical research presented in the text. As an offshoot of addiction transference, the hypothesis of addiction intertransference emerges as a proposal for this articulation, which seeks to characterize the effects of these transferential communications on the instituted team, as well as to present central elements of this institutional clinical management. The split of in the clinical team, an aspect of enormous intersubjective challenge, is presented as the main characteristic of the intertransferential relationship, here thought as a transferential need of the drug addicted patient, and the ability to bear hatred in the intertransference emerges as the primary skill of the team in this clinic
