Este estudo pretendeu identificar as condições de possibilidades de ampliação da intervenção clínica nas reuniões de matriciamento entre CAPS1 e Atenção Primária. Através de um método qualitativo, foram registrados pela pesquisadora, na condição de observadora, seis reuniões de matriciamento. A observação dessas reuniões buscou escutar o grupo de profissionais na situação do matriciamento. Estes registros foram analisados à luz de uma perspectiva psicanalítica acerca dos processos grupais. A partir dos dados obtidos, percebemos a importância de que o dispositivo de matriciamento seja compreendido para além da obrigatoriedade prevista pelas portarias e que seja escutada e considerada a dimensão psíquica do grupo de profissionais diante de uma tarefa. Discutimos nossa compreensão sobre os riscos do discurso político ser passado diretamente para a execução do dispositivo. Isso porque a lógica totalitária desse discurso não abre espaço para reconhecimento do negativo, que, por sua vez, é condição necessária para que esse dispositivo acolha a clínica. Neste sentido, a discussão destes dados demonstrou que o funcionamento do dispositivo de matriciamento é depositário da angústia vivenciada pelos profissionais neste contexto e reflete características da demanda atendida. Tais elementos, se não considerados, podem comprometer sua tarefa e função como articulador da rede. Assim, a escuta do que está em jogo na dimensão psíquica do grupo de profissionais mostrou-se um caminho frutífero para um resgate da dimensão clínica no trabalho em rede no SUS2

This study aimed to identify the conditions of possibilities of an increase of clinical intervention on the matrix support meetings between CAPS4 and primary health care. Through a qualitative method, six matrix support meetings were registered by the researcher as an observer. The observation of these meetings aimed to listen to the group of professionals in the situation of the matrix support meetings. The records were analyzed from a psychoanalytic perspective of group processes. We realized, from the data analysis, the importance of the matrix support device being understood beyond the obligation provided by the ordinances and that the psychic dimension of the group of professionals, before a task, should be heard and considered. Our understanding about the risks of the political discourse being passed directly to the implementation of the device was discussed. The totalitarian logic of this discourse does not include the recognition of the negative, which is a necessary condition for a clinical device. The data discussion showed that the functioning of the matrix support meetings device is an anguish experienced by the professionals in this context depository and it reflects characteristics of the demand served. Such elements, when not considered, can compromise the task and its function as articulator of the health network. Therefore, listening to the psychic dimension of the group of professionals has proved to be a fruitful path for a rescue of the clinical dimension in health networking in SUS
