Este artigo tem como objetivo discutir sobre a possível apreciação das manifestações sintomáticas dos rituais obsessivos como um adoecimento que ocorreu dentro do campo dos fenômenos transicionais, e assim, como providos da esperança e possibilidade da continuidade de ser. Como método investigativo utilizou-se a fenomenologia-hermenêutica aplicada à investigação teórico-clínica. O período de três anos de trabalho terapeutico as dramáticas de uma paciente obsessiva foram os fios que possibilitaram o tecer de uma narrativa, estrela vésper para o aprofundamento deste trabalho. A trajetória teórico-clínica partiu especialmente das contribuições do campo psicanalítico de Freud, Winnicott e Safra, além de outros autores que propiciaram um profícuo diálogo a respeito do tema. Dentro da perspectiva de Freud, os atos obsessivos subordinam-se à conflitos inconscientes e surgem como parte de mecanismos defensivo e manifestação simbólica de conflitos inconscientes, através das contribuições dos fenômenos transicionais, que em seu viés interrelacional atrelados aos fenômenos não sensoriais, observou-se uma questão relacionadas a sensação da ruptura da continuidade de ser e ainda sim, um pedido de socorro imbuído de esperança. Em Safra, é possível compreender que o uso de rituais dentro do adoecimento emocional trata-se de uma condição emocional da ruptura do registro ético, ou seja, da experiência de alteridade, que é base dos processos de subjetivação e da eclosão da singularidade de cada um

This article aims to discuss the possible appreciation of the symptomatic manifestations of obsessive rituals as an illness that occurred within the field of transitional phenomena, and thus, as provided with hope and the possibility of continuity of being. As an investigative method, phenomenology-hermeneutics applied to theoretical-clinical research was used. The three-year period of therapeutic work, the dramatic of an obsessive patient, were the threads that made it possible to weave a narrative, a star before the deepening of this work. The theoretical-clinical trajectory started especially from the contributions of the psychoanalytic field of Freud, Winnicott and Safra, in addition to other authors who provided a fruitful dialogue on the subject. Within Freud's perspective, obsessive acts are subordinate to unconscious conflicts and appear as part of defensive mechanisms and symbolic manifestation of unconscious conflicts, through the contributions of transitional phenomena, which in their interrelational bias linked to non-sensory phenomena, was observed an issue linked to the sensation of the rupture of the continuity of being and yet, a cry for help imbued with hope. In Safra, it is possible to understand that the use of rituals within emotional illness is an emotional condition of the rupture of the ethical record, that is, the experience of otherness, which is the basis of the processes of subjectification and the emergence of the singularity of each one
