Desde que Lacan circunscreveu o discurso analítico em seu Seminário 17, sobre o avesso da psicanálise, muitos trabalhos se dedicaram ao estudo e ao esclarecimento deste epíteto, doravante, tido como medular à prática freudiana. Entretanto, cem mil confusões se criaram entre o psicanalítico e o lacanês, entre o lacanismo e o sofístico, entre o ético e o clínico. Não de graça, ficou difícil destacar o peculiar do discurso analítico, com relação ao científico ou ao artístico, por exemplo, e mais duro ainda circunscrever o que seria da ordem de um laço psicanalítico, o laço social decorrente do e inerente ao discurso analítico, sem se delimitar ao dito dispositivo da relação do setting de atendimento tradicional. Mas seria de interesse dissolver tais confusões? Ou poderia ser útil buscar incrementá-las? Certamente, a mistura do discurso lacaniano ao cerne da prática freudiana vem rendendo amplo campo de trabalho e fórum de discussões, alargando e problematizando os limites e os traços distintivos da Coisa e da Causa, isto é, da Cousa. Mais humildemente, se poderia tentar destilar dimensões do procedimento analítico desde Lacan, através de pontual análise de algo da sua forma de teorizar, de algo da dinâmica de sua institucionalização e algo de seu modo peculiar de se relacionar com a verdade. E é esse o intuito deste trabalho, que se propõe a percorrer ensaios que tematizariam respectivamente (entre mais), a tautologia base da forma de Lacan , o grupo e o laço social na instituição de Lacan e para além e a sofística com a expectativa de que o pareamento desta última com a psicanálise sirva de elucidação no tocante ao funcionamento do discurso analítico e seus efeitos, em intensão e extensão. Ao final destes, uma precipitação se espera, na aparência de uma depreensão do que veio antes, mas na constituição de uma síntese proponente das restrições que um discurso analítico impõe enquanto regras de um jogo do qual não se pode sair impune

Since Lacan circumscribed the analytical discourse in his Seminar 17, on the reverse of psychoanalysis, many works have been dedicated to the study and clarification of this epithet, henceforth, considered to be the core of Freudian practice. However, a hundred thousand confusions were created between psychoanalytic and Lacanese, between Lacanism and sophistic, between ethical and clinical. Not for free, it was difficult to highlight the peculiarity of the analytical discourse, in relation to the scientific or the artistic, for example, and even harder to circumscribe what would be of the order of a psychoanalytic bond, the social bond arising from and inherent to the analytical discourse, without delimiting this simply to the so-called device of the relationship of the traditional setting. But would it be of interest to dissolve such confusions? Or could it be useful to try to increase them? Certainly, the mixture of Lacans discourse at the heart of Freudian practice has yielded a wide field of work and forum for discussions, widening and problematizing the limits and the distinctive features of the Thing. More humbly, one could try to distill dimensions of the analytical procedure since Lacan, through a punctual analysis of something in its way of theorizing, something in the dynamics of its institutionalization and something in its peculiar way of relating to the truth. And this is the aim of this work, which proposes to go through essays that would theme (among more), respectively, the tautology base of Lacans form , the group and the social bond in Lacans institution and beyond and the sophistic with the expectation that the pairing of the latter with psychoanalysis will serve to elucidate the functioning of the analytical discourse and its effects, in intent and extension. At the end of these, a precipitation is expected, in the appearance of an apprehension of what came before, but in the constitution of a synthesis proposing the restrictions that an analytical discourse imposes as rules of a game from which one cannot get away with
