A presente pesquisa objetiva elaborar e fundamentar minhas experiências no trabalho realizado nas ruas de São Paulo, em instituições, coletivos e projetos vinculados ao Sistema Único da Assistência Social (SUAS), ao Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), aos Direitos Humanos e à Redução de Danos. Assinalando o caráter contraditório presente na formulação e execução de políticas públicas, recorto meu interesse: a prática é escutar "populações vulnerabilizadas". Quantos são os casos, as histórias que não cabem em lugar algum? Essas questões são recortes nas interlocuções no campo, nas redes que dão notícias de histórias que passam anos em limbos e em bizarrices burocráticas, preenchidas por aparatos jurídicos que justificam encaminhamentos, procedimentos, fazendo volume e espremendo espaços, produzindo vazios de histórias, histórias que permanecem as mesmas, sem escutas, sem consequências, sem rostos, afetos e memória, por fim, invisibilizadas. Como a psicanálise pode contribuir para o trabalho nas ruas? Como a militância se articula com a psicanálise? Quais são as consequências que essas misturas produzem nos territórios, na cidade, para quem escuta e para quem é escutado? Quem escuta? Quem escuta, escuta o quê? Quem escuta, escuta como? Com essas perguntas pretendo refletir sobre a escuta da alteridade nesses múltiplos fronts. O que e como escutar inserido em um caos que a máquina pública é capaz de produzir, fragmentando os sujeitos em "pastas"? O percurso começa na escolha metodológica, expressa no primeiro capítulo, ao enfocar a relação da psicanálise com outros campos de saber, a fim de possibilitar incluir diferentes perspectivas. Assim, partimos do pressuposto que analisar os passeios, o caminhar pela cidade, o habitar as ruas da cidade, as experiências com a arte em sua função social, ao mesmo tempo em que recorremos a dispositivos clínicos, amplia a capacidade de compreensão do sofrimento psíquico dos sujeitos. O segundo capítulo circunscreve minuciosamente o nascimento do Projeto Oficinas. O terceiro capítulo se debruça nas incursões teóricas das experiências vividas na cidade e, concomitantemente, vai narrar as experiências coletivas de criação e seus respectivos desdobramentos teóricos que ajudam a compreender e elaborar. O quarto capítulo conta sobre os casos. Casos que me transformaram e transformam minha prática clínica. O recurso teórico está presente, no entanto, mais importante do que as teorias formuladas, são histórias extraordinárias, ou, no mínimo, extraordinárias para mim na descoberta da minha prática clínica que não cessa de se inscrever. O quinto capítulo versa sobre importantes aspectos que contribuíram para nossa nomeação. Uma nomeação que veio dos outros, uma nomeação de quem acompanhamos e, justamente pelo nome dado, trará para essa pesquisa um pouco sobre a nossa ressonância para com aqueles que nos propomos a atender. O sexto capítulo é um percurso fotográfico. Por se tratar de uma tese que reúne um bocado de gente, espero que essas pegadas ajudem o(a) leitor(a) a ver os rostos que vemos cotidianamente, sob outras perspectivas. This research aims to elaborate and solidify my experiences of work done in the streets of São Paulo, in institutions, collectives and projects linked to the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS), the Unified Health System (SUS), Human Rights and Damage Control Policies. Pointing out the contradictory character present in the formulation and execution of public policies, I emphasize my interest: the practice is to listen to "vulnerable populations". How many are the cases, the stories that do not fit anywhere? These questions frame interlocutions between the field, the networks that inform of stories that spend years in limbo and in bureaucratic nightmare, filled by legal apparatus that justify referrals, procedures, making volume and squeezing spaces, producing voids of stories, stories that remain the same, without listening, without consequences, without faces, affections and memory, finally, made invisible. How can psychoanalysis contribute to street work? How does militancy articulate with psychoanalysis? What are the consequences that these mixtures produce in the territories, in the city, for those who listen and for those listened to? Who listens? What does who listens can hear? How do they listen? With these questions I intend to reflect on listening to otherness on these multiple fronts. What and how to listen inserted in a chaos that the public machine is capable of producing, fragmenting the subjects as "folders"? This path begins with the methodological choice of focusing on the relationship between psychoanalysis and other fields of knowledge in order to make it possible to include different perspectives, based on the assumption that analyzing sidewalks, walking through the city, inhabiting the city streets, experiences with art in their social function, as well as clinical devices, they expand the subjects' ability to understand the psychological suffering. The second chapter carefully circumscribes the birth of the Oficinas Project. The third chapter focuses on the theoretical incursions of the experiences lived in the city and, concomitantly, it will narrate the collective experiences of creation and their respective theoretical developments that help to understand and elaborate. The fourth chapter tells about the cases. Cases that have transformed me and transform my clinical practice. The theoretical resource is present, however, more important than the formulated theories, they are extraordinary stories, or, at least they were extraordinary for me in the discovery of my clinical practice that never ceases to register. The fifth chapter deals with important aspects that contributed to our naming. A naming that came from others, an appointment that we follow and, precisely because of the name given, will bring to this research a little about our resonance with those we propose to attend. The sixth chapter is a photographic journey. As this is a thesis that brings together a lot of people, I hope that this journey will help the reader to see the faces we see daily, from another perspective.
