Este trabalho tem por objetivo investigar os significados que as mulheres vítimas de violência atribuem a essas experiências de vida, para oferecer subsídios para a formulação de novos dispositivos clínicos para o atendimento destes casos. A necessidade de se pensar a violência contra a mulher é imprescindível para a saúde pública. Trata-se de levantar, questionar e tentar desconstruir discursos e saberes específicos sobre as concepções sobre a mulher, desde tempos antigos, na sociedade ocidental e mais especificamente no Brasil, construídos num campo de saberes discriminatórios, de dominação, controle sexual e restrição de liberdade, em que o sexo masculino exerce valoração sobre o feminino, e pouco se interroga sobre a origem das concepções e dos estereótipos, nem sobre a maneira como são veiculados. A psicanálise de orientação Freud-Lacan pode contribuir com sua teorização sobre o feminino. O conceito de devastação é trabalhado na psicanálise como referência à mulher que se deixa encarcerar inteiramente no papel de objeto do homem, fazendo dele o seu estrago. Levanto a hipótese de que a discriminação que a mulher sofre desde os tempos antigos com uma cultura machista e patriarcal predominante no ocidente, na qual a mulher é vista como objeto de posse do outro (homem) permite comportamentos abusivos por parte do homem como humilhações e agressões. A concepção de investigação que embasa esta pesquisa é o modelo de pesquisa qualitativa em psicanálise que permite compreender os fenômenos em profundidade. Consta de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e de uma pesquisa de campo através de entrevistas abertas, orientadas pela psicanálise, para a coleta de dados. Os conteúdos das entrevistas foram analisados pelo viés da psicanálise de Freud e Lacan. Através da escuta analítica foi possível identificar nas falas transcritas das entrevistas, significantes cujos significados inconscientes trouxeram originalidade ao problema da pesquisa em questão. Esta pesquisa envolvendo este tema é fundamental, pois pode contribuir para a luta das mulheres contra violências e discriminações que ainda sofrem, e pode trazer contribuições para o campo psicanalítico e para a área da saúde pública, através da formulação de novos dispositivos clínicos para o atendimento destes casos

This work aims to investigate the meanings that women victims of violence attribute to these life experiences, in order to offer subsidies for the formulation of new clinical devices for the care of these cases. The need to think about violence against women is essential for public health. It is about raising, questioning and trying to deconstruct speeches and specific knowledge about the conceptions about women, since ancient times, in Western society and more specifically in Brazil, built in a field of discriminatory knowledge, domination, sexual control and freedom restriction. , in which the male gender values the female, and little is asked about the origin of the conceptions and stereotypes, nor about the way they are conveyed. Freud-Lacan-oriented psychoanalysis can contribute to its theorizing about the feminine. The concept of devastation is worked on in psychoanalysis as a reference to the woman who allows herself to be incarcerated entirely in the role of the man's object, making him her damage. I hypothesize that the discrimination that women have suffered since ancient times with a sexist and patriarchal culture prevalent in the West, in which women are seen as the object of possession of the other (man) allows abusive behavior by men as humiliation and aggression. The research concept that underlies this research is the qualitative research model in psychoanalysis that allows to understand the phenomena in depth. It consists of a bibliographic research and a field research through open interviews, guided by psychoanalysis, for data collection. The contents of the interviews were analyzed from the perspective of Freud and Lacan's psychoanalysis. Through analytical listening it was possible to identify in the speeches transcribed from the interviews, signifiers whose unconscious meanings brought originality to the research problem in question. This research on this topic is fundamental, as it can contribute to the fight of women against violence and discrimination that they still suffer, and can bring contributions to the psychoanalytical field and to the area of public health, through the formulation of new clinical devices for care these cases
