As empresas têm apresentado destaque cada vez maior na nossa cultura, influenciando, inclusive, o modelo de outros tipos de organizações, tanto no setor público quanto no terceiro setor. Consideramos as empresas ambientes plurais e sobredeterminados, seja pela pluralidade de pessoas, grupos e subgrupos, seja pelo entrelaçamento de diversas dimensões como a econômica, técnica, etc. Entretanto, há normalmente uma redução dos fenômenos psíquicos nas empresas a dimensão individual ou a dimensão sociológica da empresa como totalidade. Buscamos enfrentar esta questão no nível conceitual, e assim o objetivo deste trabalho é analisar conceitos capazes de superar a lógica disjuntiva sujeito-coletivo na leitura de fenômenos psíquicos em contextos empresariais. Trata-se de um estudo teórico, através de uma leitura próxima desconstrutiva, conforme enunciada por Figueiredo (1999), e busca analisar a aplicabilidade de conceitos em casos clínicos da literatura. O referencial teórico tem como base principal dois autores, ambos por considerar a intersubjetividade e vislumbrar a heterogeneidade destes ambientes, ao nos trazer elementos para melhor compreensão do psiquismo dos sujeitos nas organizações: 1) René Kaës, pelo entendimento que este atende à prerrogativa a uma teoria para análise de grupos e instituições, com uma proposta para a superação da lógica disjuntiva; 2) Christophe Dejours, pelo seu campo de atuação em empresas e teorização da articulação da subjetividade dos sujeitos, intersubjetividade e a organização do trabalho. Os principais achados aqui relatados nos mostram a importância da superação de uma visão disjuntiva sujeito-coletivo para o enfrentamento da problemática do sofrimento psíquico nas empresas

Companies have been increasingly prominent in our culture, even influencing the model of other type of organizations, both in the public and non profit sector. We consider companies to be plural and overdetermined environments, whether due to the plurality of people, groups, and subgroups, or due to the intertwining of different dimensions such as economic, technical, etc. However, there is normally a reduction of psychic phenomena in companies to the individual dimension or the sociological dimension of the company as a totality. We seek to face this issue at the conceptual level and thus the objective of this work is to analyze concepts capable of overcoming the disjunctive subject-collective logic in the reading of psychic phenomena in business contexts. It is a theoretical study, through a deconstructive close reading, as stated by Figueiredo (1999), and seeks to analyze the applicability of concepts in clinical cases in the literature. The theoretical framework is based on two authors, both for considering intersubjectivity and seeing the heterogeneity of these environments, by bringing us elements for a better understanding of the psyche of subjects in organizations: 1) René Kaës, for the understanding that he meets the prerogative of a theory for the analysis of groups and institutions, with a proposal for overcoming the disjunctive logic; 2) Christophe Dejours, for his field of activity in companies and theorization of the articulation of subjects' subjectivity, intersubjectivity and the organization of work. The main findings reported here show us the importance of overcoming a disjunctive subject-collective view to face the problem of psychological distress in companies
