Trata-se de um estudo de teoria da clínica psicanalítica que se debruça sobre os pensamentos de dois autores reconhecidos por suas contribuições para o tratamento de casos graves: Donald W.Winnicott e Harold F. Searles. Analistas com uma produção ampla e consistente, ambos, de maneiras pessoais, se dedicaram à compreensão dos aspectos constitutivos do ser humano. Além disso, existem outros pontos de contato entre os pensamentos de Winnicott e Searles: o pensamento clínico processual, a preocupação com ambiente na constituição psíquica e na análise, a preocupação com a transição entre diferentes tipos de sentido de realidade, a ênfase na experiência e a consideração sobre a pessoa real do analista. Apesar dessa proximidade, ambos possuem teorias com muitas diferenças. Winnicott é autor consagrado e estudado no Brasil; enquanto o pensamento de Searles é pouco conhecido. Ademais, não há na literatura nenhum estudo que se debruce sobre a articulação entre os pensamentos desses importantes analistas. Considerando o valor de um trabalho desse tipo para o campo psicanalítico, o objetivo desse estudo é realizar uma interlocução entre Winnicott e Searles sobre a clínica psicanalítica. Para tanto, utilizamos um método expositivo distinto: a criação de um diálogo imaginário entre Winnicott, Searles e o autor desta pesquisa. Tal meio de apresentação é justificado a partir da noção de criatividade e uso do espaço potencial. Esse diálogo com os autores ocorre por meio de reuniões online. Cada capítulo trata de um tema específico: 1) o ambiente humano e não-humano; 2) a teoria da dependência absoluta e a criatividade de Winnicott e a teoria da simbiose de Searles; 3) a transição entre diferentes sentidos de realidade; 4) a transferência e experiência; e, por fim, 5) a contratransferência, a pessoa do analista e o ódio do analista. Ao final, enfatiza-se a noção de capacidade de o analista odiar.

This study of psychoanalytic clinical theory delves into the thoughts of two authors recognized for their contributions to the treatment of severe cases: Donald W. Winnicott and Harold F. Searles. As analysts with extensive and consistent work, they personally dedicated themselves to understanding the constitutive aspects of the human being. Moreover, other points of contact between the thoughts of Winnicott and Searles are identified: the processual clinical thinking, the concern with the environment in psychic constitution and analysis, the transition between different types of reality sense, emphasis on experience, and consideration of the analysts real person. Despite this proximity, both have theories with many differences. Winnicott is an established author and widely studied in Brazil, while Searles thinking is not well known. Furthermore, there is no literature that focuses on the articulation between the thoughts of these important analysts. Considering the value of such work for the psychoanalytic field, the aim of this study is to achieve an interlocution between Winnicott and Searles on the psychoanalytic clinic. For this purpose, a distinct expository method was used: the creation of an imaginary conversation between Winnicott, Searles, and the author of this research. This means of presentation is justified by the notion of creativity and the use of potential space. This dialogue with the authors takes place through online meetings. Each chapter deals with a specific topic: 1) the human and non-human environment; 2) Winnicotts theory of absolute dependence and creativity, and Searles theory of symbiosis; 3) the transition between different senses of reality; 4) transference and experience; and finally, 5) countertransference, the person of the analyst, and the analysts hatred. In the end, the notion of the analysts capacity to hate is emphasized.
