Este trabalho busca compreender, junto aos profissionais de saúde do Hospital Universitário da Universidade de São Paulo (HU-USP), as possibilidades de cuidado a esses profissionais a partir de um projeto de extensão de plantão psicológico. Parte-se de pedidos de atenção, cuidado e assistência que reiteradamente eram dirigidos ao plantão psicológico já atuante no hospital. A partir da fenomenologia hermenêutica e utilizando-se da cartografia clínica como metodologia, realiza-se uma pesquisa interventiva que vai, concomitantemente às intervenções em campo, abrindo compreensões acerca das possibilidades de cuidado aos profissionais de saúde. Aponta-se, aqui, a revisão da primazia oferecida a uma epistemologia biomédica que dita as ações de saúde no hospital, bem como o importante papel do psicólogo nas equipes hospitalares representado, neste trabalho, pela figura do plantonista de Psicologia. O psicólogo aparece, então, como o profissional que poderia sustentar uma escuta que marca uma diferença discursiva no hospital, promovendo a possibilidade de um giro hermenêutico das concepções de saúde, doença e cuidado. Considera-se que esse giro tem o potencial de possibilitar ações em saúde mais humanizadas aos pacientes e mais humanizadoras aos profissionais que as realizam. Propõe-se também um questionamento acerca da lógica capitalista e neoliberal que promove uma mercadologização das ações de saúde e a precarização do trabalho na instituição hospitalar. Além disso, reatualiza-se concepções de cuidado e escuta a partir de uma Psicologia orientada pela fenomenologia hermenêutica, explorando-se as possibilidade e limites da prática de plantão psicológico no hospital

This research aims to understand the care possibilities directed to health professionals of the University Hospital of Universidade de São Paulo through a psychological emergency attendance extension project. We started with the requests for attention, care and assistance that were repeatedly addressed to the psychological emergency attendance in activity at the hospital. Based on the hermeneutic phenomenology and on the clinical cartography as a methodology, as we made field interventions, we conducted an interventive research that made possible to understand care possibilities for health professionals. Therefore, we propose to review the preference given to biomedical epistemologies, that defines health actions in hospitals. Furthermore, we highlight the important role played by the psychologist in hospital teams, which is represented by the psychologist on duty. Then, we see the psychologist as the professional whose listening can mark a discursive difference in the hospital and promote the possibility of a hermeneutic turn related to the concepts of health, illness and care. We consider that this hermeneutic turn can provide more humanized health actions for the patients and the health professionals. Also, we propose questioning the neoliberal and capitalist logic that promotes health actions marketization and the precarious work conditions in the hospital. Finally, we aim to update the conceptions of listening and caring, based on the hermeneutic phenomenology, and to explore the possibilities and the limits of psychological emergency attendance
