Este trabalho teve por objetivo examinar situações pertinentes ao contexto do trabalho em equipe multiprofissional em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS), que foram disparadoras para a reflexão a respeito das múltiplas compreensões de conceitos e noções que coabitam o campo da Saúde Mental. Nesse sentido, pretendeu demonstrar que a noção de crise, por vezes tomada como consenso, apresenta pluralidade semântica pouco reconhecida no exercício cotidiano do trabalho na instituição de saúde. O não reconhecimento dessa diferença, em prol do consenso e da criação de uma língua comum, produz efeitos que não correspondem à ética do trabalho em equipe que, ao frustrar-se, prescinde das condições para responder aos obstáculos da clínica existentes em um CAPS. Inicialmente, esclarecemos as premissas e os limites da própria concepção de multiprofissionalidade, destacando o fracasso da proposta de complementaridade dos saberes. A noção de desentendimento, no âmbito da filosofia política, fundamental para compreensão de configurações democráticas, foi evocada em ressonância ao conceito de Verleugnung, estabelecido pelo referencial teórico-metodológico psicanalítico, para que pudéssemos discriminar os efeitos das situações em que opera o não reconhecimento da diferença. A argumentação de que há diferentes concepções de crise no campo da saúde mental foi construída de forma a considerar tanto o processo histórico de apropriação dessa noção pela Psiquiatria e pela Saúde Mental, quanto a produção científica atual que escolhe essa noção como elemento fundamental. Para alcançar nossos objetivos, utilizamo-nos de duas situações vivenciadas pelo pesquisador na instituição em que trabalha, para que elas ilustrassem os impasses gerados pela desautorização da percepção das múltiplas concepções de crise. Pudemos constatar que a indiferença e a identificação com agressor, posições sustentadas pela angústia gerada na situação traumática, compõem os efeitos deletérios no campo, sobre os quais o vínculo surge como resposta eficaz para redimensioná-los na continuidade do trabalho clínico. A posição ética do psicanalista, frente a essa experiência de trabalho em um CAPS, consiste no reconhecimento das diferenças, situando a crise no escopo das discussões, bem como a reivindicação do vínculo enquanto instrumento de trabalho pelos membros da equipe

This study aimed to examine situations pertinent to the context of multiprofessional teamwork in a Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS), which were triggers for the reflection about the multiple understandings of concepts and notions that cohabit the field of Mental Health. In this sense, it intended to demonstrate that the notion of crisis, sometimes taken as a consensus, presents semantic plurality little recognized in the daily work of the health institution. Nonrecognition of this difference, in favor of consensus and the creation of a common language, it produces effects that do not correspond to the teamwork ethics, which, when frustrated, it dispenses with the conditions to respond to existing obstacles in the clinic in a CAPS. Initially, we clarified the premises and limits of the very concept of multiprofessionality, highlighting the failure of the proposal for complementarity of knowledge. The notion of disagreement, within the scope of political philosophy, fundamental for understanding democratic configurations, was evoked in resonance with the concept of Verleugnung, established by the psychoanalytical theoretical-methodological framework, so that we could discriminate the effects of situations in which non-recognition of difference operates. The argument that there are different conceptions of crisis in the field of Mental Health was constructed in such a way as to consider both the historical process of appropriation of this notion by Psychiatry and Mental Health, as well as the current scientific production that chooses this notion as a fundamental element. To achieve our goals, we used two situations experienced by the researcher at the institution where he works, so that they illustrated the impasses generated by the disallowance of the perception of multiple concepts of crisis. We were able to verify that indifference and identification with the agressor, positions sustained by the anguish generated in the traumatic situation, compose the deleterious effects in the field, over which the bond appears as an effective response to resize them in the continuity of the clinical work. The psychoanalyst's ethical position, in the face of this work experience in a CAPS, consists of the recognition of differences, placing the crisis within the scope of the discussions, as well as the claim of the bond as a work device by the team members.
