In each thematic block, it was used a specific handout, in a total of three handouts, which content was worked through the theoretical and practical experiences. At the end of each thematic block, the students did a test of knowledge evaluation and answered an opinion scale about the handout material. At the end of the research, the students answered the motivation scale in relation to the practice of physical activities, the opinion scale about the teaching and learning process, the opinion questionnaire about the three handout materials and were interviewed about the physical activities out of school with a posterior confirmation of the people responsible for them. The final interview was done with 12 students, six with the best averages and six with the worst averages in the test of knowledge evaluation. After five months of intervention, the students were interviewed again about the practice of physical activities.
