Este trabalho debruçou-se sobre o contexto de mulheres que recorrem ao aborto legal em gestações decorrentes de violência sexual. O objetivo foi analisar como se dão as relações institucionais estabelecidas entre mulheres (clientela) e profissionais (agentes institucionais) de uma instituição de saúde que oferece atendimento para aborto legal. Observou-se como cada participante fala de si e da(o) outra(o), quais as produções de verdades e subjetividades possíveis neste contexto, como se faz o atendimento, o acolhimento e quais são os efeitos destes na clientela. Foram realizadas entrevistas com profissionais que trabalham diretamente no atendimento a mulheres em situação de abortamento legal e com mulheres que realizaram o procedimento. A pesquisa, esteve apoiada na Análise Institucional do Discurso, método proposto por Marlene Guirado como uma estratégia de pensamento e que envolve conceitos como instituição, discurso, análise e sujeito/subjetividade. A discussão baseou-se em diferentes contextos socioculturais e discursivos que envolvem o tema. Foi possível observar os efeitos de assuntos extensos, polêmicos e complexos como violência sexual e, principalmente, aborto. Notou-se que as falas das profissionais não diziam, propriamente, do atendimento em si, mas estavam submetidas à insígnia do aborto. As mulheres falaram sobre o acolhimento e impressões positivas do serviço, minimizando situações de violências institucionais sofridas, demonstrando a importância deste local em suas vidas e na possibilidade de interromper a gestação de maneira segura. Agentes e clientela apresentaram-se em lugar de altíssima tensão, no crivo de outras instituições sociais que tem um entendimento determinado para o aborto, em especial, a religião e a política. As entrevistas foram repletas de sentimentos e sensações, falavam sobre o corpo, protagonista da violência, da gravidez e do aborto. O foco das entrevistas esteve na gestação e sua interrupção e a escolha pelo aborto foi ponto de demasiada reflexão. Diante do contexto que se encontravam, a escolha pela interrupção não pareceu ser uma questão de desejo, mas de demanda pelo aborto. This work leant over the theme of women who search for legal abortion within sexual violences pregnancy. The objective was to analyze how does the institutional relationships happen between women and the professionals of a health service that offers legal abortion. Therefore, we observed the way in which each participant spoke about herself and the others, what were the possibilities of truth and subjectivity production, how the attendance and the embrace could be done and its effects on women. We made interviews with the professionals who work directly attending women who search for legal abortion and also with women who had gone through the procedure. All along, we were guided by Institutional Discourse Analyses, a method proposed by Marlene Guirado as a thinking strategy that involves concepts such as institution, discourse, analysis and subject/subjectivity. The discussion, overall, was based on different sociocultural contexts and discourses. It was possible to observe the effects of the vast, controversial and complex themes such as sexual violence and, especially, abortion. The professionals discourses werent directly related with the attending moments but were submitted to the abortions insignia. The women spoke about the embraced feelings and the good impressions that they felt by the institution, apparently understating the institutional violences that they suffered and showing the importance of this institution on their lives and on the possibility of interrupting the pregnancy in a safe way. Women and professionals are, therefore, in a place with extremely high tensions, in the middle of other social institutions that have a fixed understanding for the abortion theme, particularly, the religion and the politics. The interviews were filled with feelings and sensations, talked about the body, protagonist of the violence, the pregnancy and the abortion. The focus of the interviews bended over the pregnancy and its interruption and choosing the abortion was filled with intense reflexion. Considering all of the above, the interruptions choice did not look as a desire for abortion, but a demand for it.
