Abstract in Portuguese
No total, 24 jovens participaram do estudo.

Abstract in English
This research aimed to reflect on the subjectification process of young people in conflict with the law taking into account the characteristics of the Brazilian context and also to investigate the use of literature as a strategy of resignification of the social place of these young people, from an interventional experience. We assume that the social identity of teens offenders is made up by stereotypes and prejudices. The literature review points out that, often, young people, because they are in a moment of greater vulnerability, take on the characteristics of this social perspective in the process of constructing their own identity. The research was developed in a third sector institution that conducts open socio-educational measures (MSE). This is an exploratory and descriptive psychoanalytic research with a qualitative approach. The group meetings with the research participants took place fortnightly (between April and August 2017) and were described, recorded and narrated from the researcher's perspective. For the present study we selected the presentation of 05 workshops that, in our opinion, are the ones that best recover what was experienced in the meetings with the young people. In total, 24 young people participated in the study. In Therapeutical Workshop we seek to ensure unpretentious contact with literature, without dealing exclusively with the understanding or interpretation of history. We seek to focus on the story sense for the group's experience, at that particular moment, to restore a space of freedom and creation. We understand that the clinical intervention did not allow measurable transformations in the personal experience of each participant, however, the description and analysis of each meeting allowed us to reflect on the possibilities of action and management in the socio-educational field. The cut-off of the interventional experience provided an illustration of the therapeutic use of literature in the Extended Clinic, specifically with adolescents in conflict with the law
