A presente pesquisa se debruça em experiências de formação utilizando processos teatrais vinculados à proposta da metodologia do Teatro do Oprimido, tendo como objetivo contextualizar e problematizar elementos teóricos e práticos da metodologia que amplifiquem reflexões sobre os processos de opressão. O Teatro do Oprimido é uma metodologia estético pedagógica que busca, através de jogos, exercícios e técnicas teatrais, democratizar os meios de produção estética. Colocando o teatro à serviço de grupos oprimidos, visa-se a compreensão dos mecanismos de opressão e elaboração de estratégias de transformação dessa realidade. A pesquisa utiliza registros da prática da pesquisadora ao longo de 13 anos com essa metodologia, junto ao Coletivo Garoa, na formação de profissionais em diversas instituições e espaços, buscando delinear os impasses nessa trajetória que possibilitaram a formalização de problemáticas acerca de conceitos e práticas que norteiam o fazer teatral. Os registros dos trabalhos possibilitaram realizar uma discussão sobre os efeitos da metodologia em grupos e instituições na análise da opressão. Apontamos para transformações teóricas e práticas, dando contorno a Cartografia Teatral, aliada ao desenvolvimento do Teatro Social dos Afetos, como dispositivo que corrobora a atuação em grupos de maneira a propiciar a criação estética e análises coletivas dos mecanismos de opressão, dando ênfase ao campo de produção e aos elementos institucionalizados que constituem as dicotomias oprimido-opressor, buscando intensificar modos de rupturas com as forças que nos subjugam.

The present research focuses on training experiences with the use of theatrical processes linked to the proposal of the Theater of the Oppressed methodology, aiming to contextualize and problematize theoretical and practical elements of the methodology that amplify reflections on the processes of oppression. The Theater of the Oppressed is an aesthetic-pedagogical methodology that seeks to democratize the means of aesthetic production, through games, exercises and theatrical techniques. By placing theater at the service of oppressed groups, it looks to comprehend the mechanisms of oppression and to elaborate strategies for this realitys transformation. The research uses over 13 years of records on the researcher's practice with the methodology, together with Coletivo Garoa, on the training of professionals in various institutions and places, seeking to outline the impasses in this trajectory that made possible the formalization of problematics on concepts and practices that guide the theater making. This works records turned possible to hold a discussion on the effects of the methodology on groups and institutions in the analysis of oppression. We point to theoretical and practical transformations, outlining the Theatrical Cartography, allied to the development of the Social Theater of the Affect, as a device to corroborate the work in groups in order to propitiate aesthetic creation and collective analyzes of the oppression mechanisms, emphasizing the production field and the institutionalized elements that constitute the oppressed-oppressor dichotomies, searching to intensify rupture ways with the forces that subjugate us.
