Abstract in English
We study the scale symetry in both complex escalar and fermionic field theories minimally couped to the gauge abelian Chern-Simons field. We saw that in the tree aproximation, using Dirac's algebric process, the dilatation charge generates the expected scale transformation, diferently from angular momentum operator which shows an anomalous spin part. It was also verified the phenomenon of breakdown of the classical scale invariance at the quantum level and the validity of the Ward identities by and explicit calculation of the Feynman diagrams using dimensional regularization.
