Neste trabalho, foi estudada a colisão do projétil radioativo 8Li em alvos de massa leve, intermediária e pesada. Foram medidas distribuições angulares quasi-elásticas de 8Li em 9Be (E lab =23,7 MeV), 58Ni (E lab =23,9; 26,1; 28,7 e 30,0 MeV) e 120Sn (E lab =21,7 e 25,8 MeV). Uma intensa produção de 7Li foi observada durante os experimentos, cuja origem poderia ser a quebra de 8Li em 7Li+n, ou uma reação de transferência de nêutrons (stripping) do projétil 8Li para o alvo. Foram medidas distribuições angulares e de energia do 7Li. Cálculos de canais acoplados (CC) considerando a excitação do 8Li para os estados (0,98 MeV;1+) e (2,26 MeV;3+), bem como cálculos de canais acoplados com discretização do contnuo (CDCC), não foram capazes de explicar os dados de espalhamento quasi-elástico. Esses dados e os de produção de 7Li foram descritos simultaneamente por cálculos de canais acoplados em reação (CRC) considerando o acoplamento com o canal de transferência de 1 nêutron para estados excitados do núcleos de recuo 59Ni. Foram realizados cálculos utilizando o formalismo de Ichimura-Austern-Vincent (IAV) para descrever, com sucesso, as distribuições angulares e em energia do 7Li. Para o sistema 8Li+ 9Be foi realizado um cálculo de Modelo Óptico (MO).

In this work, the collision of the unstable 8Li projectile on light, intermediate and heavy mass targets has been studied. Quasi-elastic angular distributions of 8Li on 9Be (E lab =23.7 MeV), 58Ni (E lab =23.9, 26.1, 28.7, 30.0 MeV) and 120Sn (E lab =21.7, 25.8 MeV) have been measured. An intense 7Li production has been observed during the experiments whose origin could be either the 8Li breakup into 7Li+n, or a neutron transfer reaction (stripping) from the 8Li projectile to the target. Angular and energy distributions of 7Li have been measured. Coupled Channel (CC) calculations considering the 8Li excitation to the (0.98 MeV, 1+) and (2.26 MeV, 3+) states, as well as Continuum-Discretized Coupled-Channels (CDCC) calculations were unable to describe the 8Li angular distributions. Both, the 8Li and the 7Li angular distributions have been simultaneously described by Coupled Reaction Channel (CRC) calculations, considering the coupling to the one neutron stripping reaction to excited states of the recoil 59Ni nucleus. Ichimura-Austern-Vincent (IAV) calculations have been performed to successfully describe the 7Li angular and energy distributions for both, the 58Ni and 120Sn targets. For the 8Li+9Be system, an optical model calculation was performed.
