Keywords in Portuguese
buracos negros
modos quase-normais
mundos brana

Abstract in English
This project explores space-times that describe compact objects, in particular black holes, in Randall-Sundrum brane world models. Properties of these solutions in the brane are studied and some of its features in the bulk are addressed. A perturbative analysis of this models are made, emphasizing the dynamics of matter fields of interest. Scalar and electromagnetic disturbances on the brane are considered. Stability, quasi-normal spectra, tail structure, and other perturbative properties are investigated.
