Este trabalho teve como objetivo investigar a influência das experiências profissionais dos professores de EFE na elaboração das dicas de aprendizagem para o ensino de habilidades motoras ao longo da escolarização básica, com base no referencial de Tani. Participaram do estudo 337 professores da rede pública de ensino do Estado de São Paulo, sendo utilizado para a amostra 63 participantes. Desenvolveu-se pesquisa exploratória, de caráter qualitativo, com a utilização de questionário on-line, plataforma Google Forms, com perguntas abertas e fechadas. Para análise e interpretação de dados, de cunho qualitativo com apoio quantitativo, apoiou-se em Bardin (1977) para análise de conteúdo e Silvestre (2007) para estatística descritiva, buscando verificar como o tempo de magistério tem impacto na elaboração das dicas de aprendizagem; a relação entre a origem e o conteúdo das dicas; o uso das dicas nos diferentes modelos de atendimento - Escola em Tempo Integral (ETI) e Programa Ensino Integral (PEI); assim como os diferentes níveis de ensino. Como resultados, constatou-se que a origem da dica se concentra em 86% no próprio professor e 14% em outros meios. Com relação ao tempo de magistério este mostrou-se como um fator que auxilia na prática pedagógica, pois 71,5% dos participantes que apresentaram dicas de aprendizagem possuem acima de 10 anos de magistérios, sendo a maior concentração com 25% na faixa entre 10 a 15 anos. Quanto aos níveis de ensino de cada modelo de escola, encontrou-se incidência de dicas em ETI nos anos iniciais do Fundamental, com 18%; e PEI nos anos do Ensino Médio, com 24%. A pesquisa concluiu que fatores oriundos da experiência profissional relacionados com o tempo de magistério e as oportunidades de trabalho em determinado modelo de atendimento escolar influenciaram significativamente os próprios professores EFE a elaborarem as dicas de aprendizagens. Entretanto, ressalta-se a necessidade de se realizar mais pesquisas para verificar a eficácia dessas dicas para o ensino das habilidades motoras mencionadas pelos professores

The study had the participation of 337 teachers from the public school system of São Paulo State, being used for the sample 63 participants. An exploratory research was developed, of qualitative nature, with the use of an online questionnaire, Google Forms platform, with open and closed questions. For data analysis and interpretation, qualitative with quantitative support, it was based on Bardin (1977) for content analysis and Silvestre (2007) for descriptive statistics, seeking to verify how the time of teaching has an impact on the preparation of learning tips; the relationship between the origin and content of the tips; the use of tips in different models of care - Full-Time School (FTS) and Integral Teaching Program (ITP); as well as the different levels of education. As results, it was found that the origin of the tip is concentrated in 86% in the teacher himself and 14% in other means. In relation to the time of teaching, this proved to be a factor that helps in the pedagogical practice, because 71.5% of the participants who presented learning tips have more than 10 years of teaching, with the highest concentration of 25% in the range between 10 and 15 years. As for the teaching levels of each school model, we found an incidence of tips in FTS in the early years of elementary school, with 18%, and ITP in the high school years, with 24%. The research concluded that factors arising from professional experience related to the time of teaching and the opportunities to work in a particular model of schooling significantly influenced the PE teachers themselves to elaborate the learning tips. However, it is emphasized the need to conduct further research to verify the effectiveness of these tips for teaching motor skills mentioned by teachers
