Abstract in English
Companies are exploring the new technologies that will transform productive environments, aiming at what has been called "smart factories". These new productive environments are structured, that is, they present a system architecture that brings together these new technologies, but on the other hand, they can be organized, structured and operationalized in different ways, with no single solution. However, to meet essential requirements such as interoperability between systems, information exchange between equipment and autonomous decision making, there is the proposal of a reference architecture model, the Reference Architecture Model for Industry 4.0 (RAMI4.0), along with the associated specifications of I4.0 Components and AAS (Asset Administration Shell). Thus, the development of systems that meet the Industry 4.0 standard must consider how standards and procedures already consolidated, and with proven effectiveness for enterprise architectures, are mapped into RAMI4.0. In this context, the present work deals with the proposal of a systematic approach, which comprises 5 stages applied in a cyclical way, for the adequacy of the functionalities of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to the Industry 4.0 standard, that is, according to RAMI4.0, its I4.0 Components and respective AAS. This ensures the orchestration of business management operations in an autonomous manner, as it is expected in "smart factories". The work was conducted with case studies for the materials and production modules of an ERP system. For the materials module, the study was conducted around the provisioning of demands, relying on the generation of purchase and production orders linked to specific I4.0 Components. As for the production module, the process was applied to the provisioning of equipment capacity and service capacity of its suppliers, aiming to ensure the effective delivery of the necessary demands.
