Abstract in English
This is a study of the reliability on vehicles "Body in White" build up systems, taking the vehicle Astra hatch back model as the basic case on its primary framing build up, produced at General Motors do Brasil, São Caetano do Sul plant. The primary framing consists in joining the front end assembly to the underbody assembly. Data is collected by a laser measurement system. The installed equipment determines the variation of 35 points from nominal quote in X, Y and Z directions. It is shown here an analysis of types of reports printed by this system and improvements are proposed to guide technical specifications in future acquisitions of similar systems.
