No mundo atual, em uma economia globalizada, onde a competição no setor automotivo está forçando a repensar e mudar suas estratégias de gestão. Com base nesse contexto este trabalho é desenvolvido com a finalidade da implementação da Manufatura Enxuta (Legam Manufaturem) no setor de abastecimento das linhas de montagem, tendo seus conceitos e capacidades como alicerces para a implementação do processo. Nesta conjuntura serão analisados os pontos de vista de pesquisadores sobre a Manufatura Enxuta juntamente com modelos práticos desenvolvidos pela própria indústria automotiva que visa diminuir custos e desperdícios visando se fazer cada vez mais com cada vez menos e ter-se ainda uma proliferação de produtos, para atender a demanda dos consumidores, como formas de aumentar sua competitividade. Desta maneira este trabalho focaliza as ações necessárias para a implementação da Manufatura Enxuta e os benefícios alcançados sob uma visão gerencial da mudança. Com o desafio da manufatura de criar meios para produzir com qualidade e baixo custo de acordo à demanda de mercado, sendo este modelo de Manufatura Enxuta o resultado do que a companhia aprendeu com ela mesma e com outras montadoras em relação a este paradigma. E fazer comparações com as diferentes formas de implementação citadas na literatura de suprir materiais no ponto de uso na linha de montagem de veículos e o estabelecimento de uma melhor relação entre os fornecedores e a montadora.

In the current world, in a global economy, where the competition in the automotive area is pushing the companies, presents in a landing of oscillations, to rethink and to change your administration strategies. Based in this context this work is developed with the purpose of the implementation of the Lean Manufacturing in the materials flow of provisioning of the assembly lines, having your concepts as foundations for the implementation of the process. In this conjuncture the specialists' point of view will be analyzed on the Lean Manufacture together with practical models developed by the own automotive industry that seeks to reduce costs and wastes making possible or trying to do more and more with less and to still have a proliferation of products, to assist the consumers' demand, as forms of increasing your competitiveness. In this way it focalizes the necessary actions for the implementation of the Lean Manufacturing and the benefits reached under a managerial vision of the change. With the challenger of the manufacture of creating means to produce with quality and low agreement cost to the market demand, being this model of Lean Manufacture the result than the company learned with her same and with other assemblers in relation to this paradigm. And to do comparisons with the different implementation forms mentioned in the literature of supplying in the point of use in the assembly line of vehicles and establishing of a better relationshipbetween the suppliers and the assembler.
