O principal objetivo do trabalho é apresentar uma math-heurística para a solução do problema de recuperação de malhas aéreas, considerando, de forma integrada, interativa e não simultânea, aeronaves e passageiros. Apresenta-se também um modelo para recuperação de malha com mínimo custo para a companhia aérea. São introduzidos os subsistemas da companhia aérea envolvidos, o problema de planejamento da companhia aérea, o papel do centro operacional da companhia aérea e a descrição do problema de recuperação de malha aérea. A math-heurística integra as dimensões aeronave e passageiro, compreendendo a interação entre o mínimo de duas malhas, sendo uma delas a malha de passageiros, de forma a levar em conta custos operacionais para a companhia aérea e impactos nos passageiros. Os testes realizados permitem afirmar que a math-heurística pode ser aplicada a companhias aéreas de aviação regional ou doméstica, com frotas de aeronaves com características operacionais semelhantes.

The main objective of this work is to present a math-heuristic model to solve the airline disruption problem, considering the aircraft and the passenger networks, not simultaneously, but on an integrated and interactive way. A model to solve the recovery problem with minimum cost for the airline is also presented. The airline subsystems, the airline planning problem, the airline operations control center and the airline recovery problem are introduced. The proposed model allows the integration of the aircraft and passenger dimensions, providing the interaction of at least two networks, one of them being the passenger network, looking for a trade-off between airline operational costs and impacts to passengers. Tests of the math-heuristic model allow to conclude that it can be applicable to domestic airlines with an airline fleet with similar aircraft operational characteristics.
